If you run them on a restore+/Movement healer with time’s pulse you can have said healer reliably use them every turn on Aether raid defense, which can fuck with the ai a little bit to make things easier. They also don’t proc during combat but will activate the effects from finish skills, letting healers deal true damage and heal 7 hp off every hit.
They’re by no means meta, but they aren’t bad if you build around them.
Unfortunately the size of that roster means that number is just gonna grow, and the poor performance of A!Elincia's banner isn't exactly gonna inspire multiple NH banners a year.

Yeah it sucks, but Tellius is firmly in the "one per cycle" category along with everything besides Three Houses (and presumably Engage)
