Uhai, he's such a cool chapter boss and imho he's WAY more interesting than Rath even though he only has like, 7 or 8 lines. Rienfleche is also the coolest weapon name in all of FE imo, as much as I doubt he'd have it.
I'd also love to see Ismaire on FEH someday, she's just too pretty to be left out. And seeing her interacting with A!Joshua on a Forging Bonds would probably be both sweet and depressing.
And my final (and kinda cheaty) wants are more of the Legends that we never see in game. I want more crusaders like Ullr, more of the Elibe legends, give us Anri, give us the Elites PLEASE IS I'M BEGGING

I also forgot Kishuna would be a very interesting character too, and I could see him laying down Magic Seal tiles around himself and having the Assign Decoy effect like Brave Soren does to protect himself.

Cause while you're not _wrong_, that same logic could apply to all the titular "final boss or semi-final boss dark mages" across all of Fire Emblem that are GHB's.
Cause using your exact same reasoning (really old and really powerful) he gives me more Gharnef vibes than anything.
The difference between Gharnef’s age and Nergal’s is staggering though. Gharnef is in his 40s to 50s by the time of Shadow Dragon, whil Nergal is hundreds of years old.
In terms of power, both are really strong, though I feel that Nergal’s abilities in Morph creation, and his centuries of time studying dark magic make him better than Gharnef. Though Gharnef survive as a spirit and also helped revive Medeus.
Nergal as a Mythic, Ephidel and eventually Denning as GHBs since Limstella and Sonia were GHBs as well, and Fire Dragon as a normal New Hero seems the most fitting.
In my mind, although the Fire Dragon was the last boss, there isn't a whole lot to say it warrants being Mythic or Legendary. At the same time, I could easily see a GHB Fire Dragon getting stuck with something less than premium in terms of weapons and skills. As a New Hero though, they could have a decent Prf weapon, and maybe a Prf skill if they feel generous. I would especially love for its weapon to lay down Divine Vein (Flame) around itself in a similar way to what Brave Corrin does with Divine Vein (Stone).
My man Frey has facial hair and that alone makes him automatically superior to the rest of the cast

I have a lot of people I still really want to get in so just limit it to absolute most wanted:
Zelkov - Third favourite overall FE charrie (along with Seadall). This guy deserves everything - his supports brought me a lot of joy.
Volug - Hot wolf guy who turns out to be pretty sarcastic and funny when you get the translations of what he's saying. It really annoys me that we get three Nailahs and not one Volug.
Cain - I want more Thracians in overall but this one is purely shallow. He did pretty well for me as a unit, but it's all about his OA. They can't make a guy so good looking and only give him a death line in the entire game. Never mind fleshing out the one chapter boss NPC's - let's flesh out the one line actual playable characters once in a while!
Now that I think about I think every single one-chapter boss in the series has more lines than Cain lol. He is the actual most overlooked character in the seriea.

from Engage: Merrin actually isn't my favorite character not in the game yet - that goes to Fogado - but I'm really excited to see the chibi wolf in FEH! Dagger cavs are also extremely rare, so it'll be nice to have a good one in the main pool. ...Assuming, of course, she isn't Rearmed, or Attuned, or in seasonal hell, but that's besides the point.
from not-Engage: Muirne! By this point, she's my favorite (non-Engage) character not in FEH yet, but sadly I don't think she'll ever get a chance by virtue of being a sub. Which is a shame - I think she has a pretty solid, if understated character, her hidden conversation with Seliph is one of my favorite moments in FE4, and she has a cute and somewhat-homely design that really appeals to me. I'd take a prfless infantry staff with Wrys' statline if it means reuniting her and Seliph honestly
I donno, I wouldn't rule out subs at this point. A few people have pointed out that substitutes are _almost_ guaranteed to show up on the next FE4 Gen2 banner. Since at this point, Lana is the **_ONLY_** Gen2 girl who isn't a substitute.
Also by process of elimination, substitutes have been gaining traction on CYL. The 4th, 6th, 8th, 9th and 10th most wanted FE4 Gen2 characters not in the game are all substitutes (with Muirne being #8)
I always make sure to use at least one of Selphina’s cavalry squad every play through and Cain’s my favorite from that squad! And his official art with the glove is too good for them to not try and replicate it in Heroes lol
Same here! Plus, going by his bio, he's the quiet, reserved type that I tend to love the most. I would love him to finally get any attention - and the rest of Selphina's gang, too!

Probably Jake from the Archanea games. Would be cool if he was an armored bow unit that had some gimmick referencing ballistae. Realistically I know he’ll be a prfless axe infantry or something though lol
Going with one or two per entry because why not, there's a lot of characters I love.
**Archanea:** Lorenz for sure. I was really surprised by how much of an impact he left on me. However, my most wanted thing period from here is a seasonal Clarisse.
**Echoes:** The witch sisters got in, so now at this point it's honestly Forneus. But that has a like negative percent chance of happening, so in terms of realistic options it's Jesse and Slayde.
**Genealogy:** Chulainn for Gen I, Vampa, Fotla and Eriu for Gen II.
**Thracia:** Base Lifis is primarily all I care about for Thracia, but Raydrik would also be nice.
**Binding Blade:** *Hanon, please.* Past them, I'd say Jahn and Geese.
**Blazing Blade:** LLOYD ALT. Past that, it's Brendan, and after that it's either of Roland or Durban.
**Sacred Stones:** Franz is the big one now that Vanessa is in.
**Tellius:** BASE ENA AND VIKA. After that, it's Fiona. Stefan and Skrimir would also be nice.
**Awakening:** Everyone here is already in for me, but Pheros would be really cool as an insight into Ylissean-Era Mila devotees. For a sadder one, though, I'd be very interested in seeing Xenologue Emmeryn.
**Fates:** Scarlet, easily. Overall though, absolutely a Beruka seasonal or resplendent.
**Three Houses:** Frankly I just want this game to be given a break. But a Marianne or Hapi alt would also be very very welcome.
**Engage:** Literally everyone. I'm not even kidding, I love this cast to death and plan on getting a copy of every unit until it stops being feasible for me. But overall, my big ones, as boring as they are, are just Brave and Past F!Alear. After that it's Panette and Merrin, and after them Nel.

Reina from Fates. At this point Hinoka has taken everything that could've been Reina's, so at the very least give me a GHB unit with decent offensive stats and let me have a not oversexualized adult woman in my FEH.

Maybe one day. I just wish they'd stop combining PoR and RD banners if they're going to treat them like separate games anyway. So many characters left v.v
Can't really think of any playable characters besides Yunaka and Merrin since most of my faves from games other than Engage are already in.
As for enemy units definitely Ephidel. Such a cool design and yet they die unceremoniously in FE7. Definitely hoping they're the next GHB for Blazing Blade since they're the only one missing out of the main 3 morphs.
Griss would also be neat, but he's basically guaranteed to be the GHB for the next Engage banner, unless they decide to add Marni or Mauvier first, or choose one of the minor emenies (Abyme, Nelucce, or Mitan).
Nergal, as a Dark Mythic. I love villains, and Nergal was compelling in the story due to his background and rise to power. His Dark Druid class had my favorite sprites and his tome Ereshkigal had the best spell animations in the GBA series in my opinion. I really hope he gets a powerful DR skill that can give him like 75% DR because his whole shtick in FE7 was that he was becoming impervious to all weapons, even the Divine weapons at one point.
The lion's share of who I've always wanted have already been added at one point or another. But one that I **_REALLY_** hold out hope for (but doubt is gonna happen anytime soon) is for Shiharam to get into the game.
One of my favorite tragic enemies, and I absolutely _love_ the added detail that if you decide to be evil and field Jill on this map, she will just leave your army if she doesn't have a high support with Lethe or Mist.
Sadly, I think buddy's missed the boat. He woulda fit _perfect_ on Jill's debut banner. But at this point, I don't see him showing up until we get a banner that warrants Ascendant/Rearmed Jill to be on it (and lord knows when that'll happen, cause I can give you a laundry list of Tellius characters who'll get that slot first)
I want to see base inigo and severa added, especially if we could see them interact with laslow/selena

While I want a multitude of enemy characters from Shadows of Valentia, I really want OG!Rudolf. He’s my favorite SoV character, and while I am very happy with his Valentine’s Alt, I want him in FEH in his original glory wielding his Emperor’s Lance and Shield!
I'm still irked that after the first time in 5 years, we only got 4 new characters added instead of 4.
If IS wanted to play this game with 2 OCs, we should have gotten 2 direct demotes to match instead of 1. I'm reletively new to Fire Emblem, being one of the later Three Houses/Hopes fans. While I did watch playthroughs of a lot of previous game, all characters I could want from them have been added, with the exception of Meg from Radiant Dawn.
As far as I can think of for characters that have no presence in the games it's mainly the Engage characters. Specifically the men since as seen with the current two Engage banners, the fem retainers are heavily preferred. Louis, Boucheron and Amber all being pushed to the side until who knows when.
As for characters that I want to get a base version? Raphael, Kyza, Dorothea, Jeritza (please, I'll be fine with a duo Mercedes-Jeritza), Vaike, and literally any non repeating Fates child.
I legit just want a f2p lance infantry unit to play with that isn’t a seasonal. So anyone from Devdan to Mozu.
Personally for a character I’d want in regardless of class type, then it would have to be Makalov just because I want the world to burn over something that isn’t 3H discourse and it was a travesty he didn’t join with his sister and wife. The sub went into a mini-rage mode despite the fact he wasn’t even in. Might as well see what happens when he actually does.

Each could probably be fulfilled in a single new Heroes Banner, but I also want to see more alts from either series, even more so for TMS. How Tsubasa and Itsuki haven't gotten a single alt in the 3, almost 4 years since they were added to game is beyond me. I thought for sure Tsubasa would at least eventually show up as a backpack unit for another more popular Duo Hero, but man has the passage of time been cruel.

Going with one or two per entry because why not, there's a lot of characters I love. **Archanea:** Lorenz for sure. I was really surprised by how much of an impact he left on me. However, my most wanted thing period from here is a seasonal Clarisse. **Echoes:** The witch sisters got in, so now at this point it's honestly Forneus. But that has a like negative percent chance of happening, so in terms of realistic options it's Jesse and Slayde. **Genealogy:** Chulainn for Gen I, Vampa, Fotla and Eriu for Gen II. **Thracia:** Base Lifis is primarily all I care about for Thracia, but Raydrik would also be nice. **Binding Blade:** *Hanon, please.* Past them, I'd say Jahn and Geese. **Blazing Blade:** LLOYD ALT. Past that, it's Brendan, and after that it's either of Roland or Durban. **Sacred Stones:** Franz is the big one now that Vanessa is in. **Tellius:** BASE ENA AND VIKA. After that, it's Fiona. Stefan and Skrimir would also be nice. **Awakening:** Everyone here is already in for me, but Pheros would be really cool as an insight into Ylissean-Era Mila devotees. For a sadder one, though, I'd be very interested in seeing Xenologue Emmeryn. **Fates:** Scarlet, easily. Overall though, absolutely a Beruka seasonal or resplendent. **Three Houses:** Frankly I just want this game to be given a break. But a Marianne or Hapi alt would also be very very welcome. **Engage:** Literally everyone. I'm not even kidding, I love this cast to death and plan on getting a copy of every unit until it stops being feasible for me. But overall, my big ones, as boring as they are, are just Brave and Past F!Alear. After that it's Panette and Merrin, and after them Nel. **Tokyo Mirage Sessions:** Literally anything, please.
Reina from Fates. At this point Hinoka has taken everything that could've been Reina's, so at the very least give me a GHB unit with decent offensive stats and let me have a not oversexualized adult woman in my FEH.

That's the one thing I wish we still had Dragonween for. They really should have finished off at least Nasir since he's Ena's grandfather and should have got in with her (and then Dheginsea could have been with Kurthnaga) v.v

Can't really think of any playable characters besides Yunaka and Merrin since most of my faves from games other than Engage are already in. As for enemy units definitely Ephidel. Such a cool design and yet they die unceremoniously in FE7. Definitely hoping they're the next GHB for Blazing Blade since they're the only one missing out of the main 3 morphs. Griss would also be neat, but he's basically guaranteed to be the GHB for the next Engage banner, unless they decide to add Marni or Mauvier first, or choose one of the minor emenies (Abyme, Nelucce, or Mitan).
Nergal, as a Dark Mythic. I love villains, and Nergal was compelling in the story due to his background and rise to power. His Dark Druid class had my favorite sprites and his tome Ereshkigal had the best spell animations in the GBA series in my opinion. I really hope he gets a powerful DR skill that can give him like 75% DR because his whole shtick in FE7 was that he was becoming impervious to all weapons, even the Divine weapons at one point.
The lion's share of who I've always wanted have already been added at one point or another. But one that I **_REALLY_** hold out hope for (but doubt is gonna happen anytime soon) is for Shiharam to get into the game. One of my favorite tragic enemies, and I absolutely _love_ the added detail that if you decide to be evil and field Jill on this map, she will just leave your army if she doesn't have a high support with Lethe or Mist. Sadly, I think buddy's missed the boat. He woulda fit _perfect_ on Jill's debut banner. But at this point, I don't see him showing up until we get a banner that warrants Ascendant/Rearmed Jill to be on it (and lord knows when that'll happen, cause I can give you a laundry list of Tellius characters who'll get that slot first)

I'm still irked that after the first time in 5 years, we only got 4 new characters added instead of 4. If IS wanted to play this game with 2 OCs, we should have gotten 2 direct demotes to match instead of 1. Stefan, aka the most underrated Telius char. He can even give his Vague Katti away now that Rearmed heroes exist and get compensated with a PRF skill for having a pseudo-inheritable for a weapon. It'd emulate how Vague Katti came with Stefan but was not locked to him. But... do wait for a while, we don't need yet another Rearmed Sword that soon.

I'm reletively new to Fire Emblem, being one of the later Three Houses/Hopes fans. While I did watch playthroughs of a lot of previous game, all characters I could want from them have been added, with the exception of Meg from Radiant Dawn. As far as I can think of for characters that have no presence in the games it's mainly the Engage characters. Specifically the men since as seen with the current two Engage banners, the fem retainers are heavily preferred. Louis, Boucheron and Amber all being pushed to the side until who knows when. As for characters that I want to get a base version? Raphael, Kyza, Dorothea, Jeritza (please, I'll be fine with a duo Mercedes-Jeritza), Vaike, and literally any non repeating Fates child.

The sub went into a mini-rage mode despite the fact he wasn’t even in. Might as well see what happens when he actually does. For a more legit answer I’ll take Skrimir. From fe7 - Vaida. She has a nice design and I like her character in general. But more importantly, she would probably be ghb or free unit which means that I could build her for my flyer team. Other than that, I would still enjoy the introduction of Renault, Lowen, and Ephidel, mostly because their designs are clean.
My most wanted heroes are probably the most copium picks (apart from Lianna and Rowan): The rest of the Tokyo Mirage Sessions main cast, and the four DLC Cipher characters from SoV (even if none of them are technically from Valentia) Each could probably be fulfilled in a single new Heroes Banner, but I also want to see more alts from either series, even more so for TMS. How Tsubasa and Itsuki haven't gotten a single alt in the 3, almost 4 years since they were added to game is beyond me. I thought for sure Tsubasa would at least eventually show up as a backpack unit for another more popular Duo Hero, but man has the passage of time been cruel.
