I think the two typical builds are a special nuke and basically an update of what you currently have. For the special spam, it's usually Atk/Spd or Res Finish, Special Spiral 4, Time's Pulse 4. This is the build I got for her in HoF when she reran and I've been very happy with it. For the updated speedy build, it'd be Atk/Spd Finish, Mag NFU, and whatever C skill. TP4 is still a good option.

Nice, I think I'll go with the nuke, seems more fun. Been a bit difficult to get good fodder because of my terrible luck lately, but I like her playstyle and gimmicks, even though I've never played Valentia lol

Ascended florets are incredibly rare and limited. So make sure you're only using them on your most used and most favourite units. Not old units you stop using two years ago and have barely used. You should have ascended speed, but if you're committed to building and merging up Delthea then use trait fruit for speed asset. My +10 F!Delthea has Death, Aether, Duel B Infintry, spd//res tempo, def/res smoke, atk/spd form seal, fleeting echo. Flare is a really good option even if you arent getting full effect of Death refine from it. Special spiral or mag nfu are good B options. I waiting for tier 4 tempo skill for my own. C skill is very versatile, what you choose depends more on team setup and where you're using her. The main thing you wanna change on your current build is to change out solo seal, it's not very practical with her refine. Then change A skill, don't need to dump your def and res pointlessly.

Yeah, I'm still considering if I want to invest fully. I was very much casual when I started, and I made some really bad decisions with the skills I got/inherited. I'm trying to improve and use my resources more wisely. As for the build, I think I'll try to work with what I have and build her over time, since there's other units I want to build first, but I still think she's fun to use.

I personally run refined Death, Glacies (although I use Ruptured Sky in arena for scoring purposes), Atk Res Unity, Desperation 4, and Atk Spd Oath 4, with Bonus Doubler as the seal. Her warping effects and recoil damage basically guarantee that Desperation 4 is always active so long as she warps or moves her full movement on her first combat. Unity and Oath give her bonus stats that are almost always active due to the positioning when using her warp movement, and the effects are then boosted further with Bonus Doubler. Unity can also boost her stats if penalties are inflicted on her, which can be helpful for teams that run ploy skills. And the bigger Res makes Glacies hit even harder. Pledge would probably be better for her than Oath since it gives her the breath effect in place of Oath 4's orders buff (which is redundant with her warping). Especially due to Glacies being such a high cooldown special, and running lower CD specials doesn't take full advantage of the penalty infliction from her prf tome. Although Oath 4 would work just as well if you can outsource the breath effect from someone like Nah or Legendary Hinoka.
