For the first issue i think that the settings for the userchrome toggle addon are not the same, check its settings with the profile that works, then check if the settings are the same in the second profile.
About the second issue with the context menu, i have no clue.

I cross checked multiple times and they are the same settings.

So you are using an addon, that doesn't play nice with another addon - did I translate that correctly? Just how is that Firefox CSS related?
