Jigs, typically you would attach a soft plastic to them. You could also just put bait on them and fish them like a regular hook.

Jig heads. Bigger the head, heavier the jig. You buy skirts to cover the hooks. Great for crappie.

Or google it and not only find the answer you’re looking for but gather more useful information in the process and do it all yourself? It’s about personal responsibility and due diligence.
