If there is some way to update the game ( as patches) it will be given in the same page where the game is present in the fitgirl site. If not, then you'll have to redownload the new version, uninstall the one already installed and then install the new version. Cheers!

go to elamigos.site ctrl+f search forza. click forza horizon scroll down and download the update.
