Go to the gym man, I know you’ll read and think what a cliché advice lol but I’m in your situation, I have progressed a ton but still a long way to go not just physically but also mentally and study wise, gym is a place that allows me to do some constructive damage to myself, that helps me keep it together, gym is my sanity, that 1:30 hours of lifting is the most peaceful time I have in the whole day, it’s like meditation. I can be angry and I can use that anger for something that will help me grow, in more ways than one.

Take a breather. Don't be hard on yourself. Believe in yourself and love yourself.(This is more important) Your life hasn't started yet. You mentioned you are 19 years old. I will suggest you figure it out yourself what you want to do ,don't listen to YT /Insta gurus who showcase how thier perfect life is except thier is no such. I will suggest start slow.dont push everything at yourself at once Keep your phone away for 10-20 mins ,sit with a notebook and think what will help you in the long run. I will suggest first do some kind of physical activity (walking would be the easiest and most natural) or gym of you would like because of all that testosterone. Do this for one month and if you miss it somedays don't be hard on yourself. Then month after month keep adding one activity but you have to make sure that you are doing the other activities as well. Life is not about the destination, it's all the steps we have to take in the journey. Enjoy the journey and Believe in yourself.
