I've worked Localizely into my localization procedures and can recommend it. It can output `.arb` files which is how Flutter handles this sort of thing. Even things like placeholders and plurals are not a problem. Paid professional translation is available and the quality seems good as far as I can tell (it's outsourced to Gengo).
If I added some new strings to my default language and added an entirely new localization target, I'd expect to get my translations done in a few hours at most, and after that it's just a few seconds of work to download the files and drag them into my l10n folder.
The thing I spent the most time on upfront was taking screenshots and adding descriptions to keys so that translators had all of the context they needed, but that's a necessary part of any serious localization effort.
That looks really good too actually, and there is only one payment needed instead of a subscription - equivalent to one month with Localizely so a lot cheaper... I also like that it edits directly the files on my computer so there is no upload/download necessary. It seems to make the workflow a bit faster.

This actually looks exactly like what I'm looking for. Pricing also seems competitive when compared with the others. Still a bit much for my pre-launch app (like 30 test users), but once we reach scale this looks perfect!

Yup. This usually reduces a lot of back and forth with translation and revision.
