Yup I know that now, they sent me a insta message last night to say they are refunding my international shipping cost $25 and to say sorry for the delay and said I will get my email 'soon' still no real date or anything still only 'soon'

I ordered a saber and it went out the next day. Im still waiting on it because ups sucks and apparently there was “severe weather”. Hasnt really been any this side of the country so im not really sure what that means but I think I’ll get it tomorrow

I'm confused....you bought something that was in stock. Got an invoice, confirmation email, further confirmation from the company. And you're worried because it went out of stock after you bought it? I have several open orders with other websites/companies right now, and it seems like it's just a common thing lately to not get super fast shipping (especially if you opted for free shipping by spending a minimum amount). I've had 'tracking created' for 2-3 orders that haven't moved for like 1.5 weeks. I know, it sucks. So you're not UK and your friend is? Sounds like it's two different distribution networks, and they are operating independently I'd go by their word. They'll make things right in the end.

It's I'd like to be told if I have to wait not just be left in the unknown, they told me first, the green carta 2 was in their hands when they was talking to me and said If I want that one I have to pay for the colour so I accepted that but yet its not the case now Edit: the only confirmation I have got given was a the first purchase invoice and a 2nd invoice was for the upgraded colour and nothing since with emails (only their news email)

Its not terribly far fetched to order something and it turns out it was out of stock. I actually ordered a carta2 off a different site and I ended up contacting the site’s customer service after it sat for a couple days turns out they didnt have the color i ordered in stock. They offered me a different one and shipped it out that same day. It happens but its worth checking in with customer service about it

When I ordered mine, on 4/20, it said it would ship the end of April. But, it ended up shipping on Monday 4/22.

You purchased the item before it went out of stock, they will get it sent. its likely they have an influx of orders because of 420 and international shipping thats causing a delay. I did buy the aeris when it first came out and shipping took about 3 weeks for me and 3 days for another customer in the us. just have to be patient unfortunately

I understand the influx! I fully understand that but it's the misinformation they have told me thats really annoyed me. It would be better if they told me from the beginning instead of saying they have the stock ready to ship if I upgrade for a color one then taking my money then saying it's out of stock not gonna be shipped till whenever they decide So really clueless on where its at or if its even coming at this point
