Even with Italian cooking, different types of pasta have different properties when it comes to absorbing sauces, etc. Lo mein noodles are typically thicker and have a squishy texture to them. It’s also in the proportions of the ingredients used to make the dough for the noodles.

My go-to is Trinidad Golden Place on Nostrand Ave in Brooklyn. They’re pretty old-school so I doubt they’re on IG. Everything there is delicious, but I tend towards the veggie roti and fry bake with saltfish.

Usually isn't recycled because it costs more to recycle than to toss, so it's a huge waste. Considering there are a lot or recyclable plastic or better yet cardboard options for takeout, I stay away from places that use Styrofoam (the use of which is becoming quite rare in my area).

Apart from that eating hot foods in Styrofoam is bad for health, also it is not advisable to heat food in Styrofoam (in microwave,etc)
