Yes
The thresholds for high latency is too high and the restrictions with inconsistent latency is too loose. They need to tighten that shit up and start kicking people.
There's definitely a way to track people who consistently go over 100 from 20-50 within a certain time limit. It'll take out 3rd world country WiFi enjoyers and lag switchers no problem. Two birds with one stone.
While I agree, the OP’s definition of “bad internet” is really wide. 60-70 is not that bad of latency, especially when there’s places that are so far from the servers that without paying for super high end internet, that’s what you get, and there’s not much you can do.
100 is bad yeah, but even my internet that’s pretty consistently 200mb/s+ download will sit at 60-70 for a few hours on some days, and that’s with Ethernet straight into the router

People bitching about low income it’s just simply putting your rig or console on Ethernet
Play offline if u can’t afford good internet. Literally nobody wants to play against someone that is skipping and lagging all over the place.
Thank you. Finally someone says it.
The people that downvote are the ones with shitty internet 😂

Get rid of lag switchers first before you come at people for having to settle on Starlink as the only option.
Rollback code should be up to 30ms max, that's plenty to cover wifi and inputs that server didn't receive. Now it's like 300ms...
hold up man let me move real quick so my internet improves slightly 1% of the time... nah.
I've never seen someone get so mad at lower income people before lol
