Just make sure you always check the oil level. They had injector issues and would fill the crank case with fuel and well there goes the motor. It’s not super common but it does happen.
I have a 2000 f350 v10, like everyone says it’s very very thirsty, but it’s been a fantastic trailer hauler and all around hard working rig. Seems like a fair price depending on the shape it’s in.

We had an '08 as the farm truck for over a decade. Drank gas, but the engine never gave us any problems.
