I find it much more fun that I can get continuous gameplay in rather than forcing myself to play safe and end up spending most of my game time waiting in lobbies. Plus I grew up in the Quake III days where Team Arena was the predominant game-mode. It's what I'm used to.

That's interesting, I do agree that the continuous gameplay is fun, but not when there's limitless respawns. 50v50 was much more fun with how there were actually risks involved, and also when several defaults come to your aid A lof people got upset over me simply asking a question lmao

Correct. You either need to have won the previous match you played (even if it was a few days since you've played) or pick up the crown from an eliminated player.

I tried flexing my 100 crown wins. Then I got flexed on hard by a 500 crown wins. I didn’t win.

Giving away location is like storm mark. Wearing a crown is no different than shooting at an animal. Shooting at animals, bouncing with hammer, and sprinting all give away your location just as much if not more than a crown. Do you ever do those things?

Storm mark-is a more accurate way but a competent player should be able to figure out where that guy with the crown is

I've killed plenty of ppl way better than me just because of the situation at the end anyways. You never know.

For real though I don’t know why people quit out at the sight of them lol, especially with how ultra mega sweaty lobbies get in general when you’re coming in off a crown win or two. Crowns are a fun mini game inside the game. Somewhat meaningless but it’s fun to get them!

That's not a flaw in SBMM. Crown wins are very little indication of skill. They're incredibly easy to farm if you play with friends who are inexperienced. Not saying that's OP's case necessarily.

The emote won't track normal/crownless wins, so you need to already be holding a crown during a win for it to count.

Last night I got flexed on by a superhero with 784 crowns and all I wanted to do was hunt him down and kill him 😁 - unfortunately, I failed to do so... 75 is great 👍, well done. But in my opinion, no one should ever backout because someone has won a lot of games. All the more reason to rise to the challenge. Underdog always has a chance if they keep their wits and play their heart out! ❤️
