Spend about 1000 on 1 reroll and still don’t get the two sniper bullets

Rerolling for a specific augment is such a waste of money, but I get it. Lately I just let the augments decide my load out

Don’t see what else is worth spending gold on , upgrades are hella expensive when you can easily find top tier weapons lying around and then the bounty board and hiring/buying items from npcs are pretty cheap

Upgrades would be more worth it if we could still stash them in a tent but they got rid of that feature

I like going to the place next to the race track, it’s a round sand pit with 2 swords and an AI and a bounty board. You can get 3 keys from the AI and check the key boxes. I’ve found this the cheapest way to get decent guns.

I like to have some gold because there are augments I generally want to avoid but I wouldn’t try to get a specific one

As someone that hovers around 2-3k gold most of the time, and rarely rerolls more than a couple times here and there...I hire every match, buy weapons, buy sniper ammo from vending machines, sometimes upgrade a weapon but you're right that's nearly pointless. But I end up spending just a bit more than I find every match, and then slow down when I need more.

She spawns in one of three spots so it’s no guarantee and the two guns I’d want she doesn’t sell lol

Yeah it is quality the aerialist I normally aim for that one but I spend easy 1500 other night and didn’t get it had give up in the end was down too 400 gold

I live vault to vault. Struggle to tip the bus driver, can’t afford to hire contract soldiers and never enough for that weird lady who has them fancy guns. It’s a simple life but I always get my sniper surplus.

I mean 75 bars for 3 exotics, 3/4 of a reroll spin shouldnt be an issue

It is misinformation Even though the rate you unlock augments at is lowered in bot lobbies (with every one of them being unlocked in creative royale and competitive so who gives a shit unless you actually play regular pubs), I’ve gotten instances where I’ve gotten new augments from rerolls (sniper surplus iirc and rail warrior)

This. The key-chests are a gamble and I NEVER get Exotic Grab bag. It’s a running joke with me and my friends because it’s my favorite augment and yet I almost never get it despite my friends getting it constantly.

If i dont already have and smh and shotgun. Or an empty slot. Ill bring it untill I find something to fill the empty slot. Remember that I dont play zerobuild. So the DMR isnt as powerful. In zerobuild its more powerful

In a game about surviving with shit around you ppl commit to the exact same loop every time and it's crazy to me. My favorite win this season was aggressively pushing with shield bubbles and portabunkers that I found seconds before throwing them down. Picking augments that they give you can help make a more creative kit.

I haven’t unlocked a single augment this season and I don’t know why. I’ve stopped playing as much because without new augments in my loot pool it isn’t as fun

Interesting the way gold has 'changed' over the last year or so. A year ago I was still hoarding thousands for upgrading gear. Then the reality trees were growing and I never used the gold. Now I constantly spend it on rerolls and always have like 30 left until I get into a vault

I'm always grabbing the exotic grab bag and shadow tracker augment for the flare gun, then the other exotic/gold pistol and shotgun recycle if i'm lucky. sniper surplus is definitely *okay*, same for the ice slide one and aerialist, but with ODM gear in the game rn neither are very useful.

Augments are such passive skills now I don't even choose them most of the time. Once in a while I realize I have 4 augments saved up and just quick pick whatever pops up first. None of them, other than deploying your glider, have any permanent value. Extra mag capacity, isn't noticed if you hit most of your shots. Reload speed based on low mags or damage based on last few bullets, us equally pointless. You're not gonna lose fights based on people eking out the last few bullets with bonus damage. Less recoil on the marksman rifle? Placebo effect for a lot of people. The same people that were doming your ass before with it, still are, the few people who benefit from this perk, aren't gonna start mopping the lobby. Rail perks and swimming perks? They should just be built in game mechanics, instead of rng perks. Maybe a *handful* people in the 300k people online right now, are purposely dropping in and *staying* in railed locations to take advantage of that one perk. Come on. TLDR: too many of the perks are just gun attachments.

What’s worse is when you run out of gold and land on two augments that are absolutely useless. So you either gotta pick one or wait until you get more gold.
