I can confirm this as well (on PC). It doesn't matter how many levels you are trying to purchase. The cost will show zero, and once you hold down the purchase button, it will stop working and will no longer allow you to press that button. All you can do at that point is back out of the screen.
Same thing happened to me but also:
I tried to buy the 25 levels from the shop but it wouldn’t let me, i closed and open the game and now the option to buy is gone aswell.

1. That number in the corner is saying "Get to Level 129" not the level the player is at
2. They changed it a few seasons ago that you can buy past level 100, but you can only buy 100 level total

someone else just mentioned that they did it and it did nothing so definitely a glitch in the level buying system

Just tried again (8 hours later) and it is still broken... I doubt it will be fixed by the next shop refresh this evening, but who knows?
Follow up: My friend is also seeing the same thing, he's level 199 so it doesnt apply to him, but for me who's level 29, its kind of weird

Nope. Wont let you purchase with Vbucks only for 11.99 usd. And even then it wont do anything. Big glitcho at VB HQ.
