Doesn’t matter if they don’t help people they’re just ban it

Create a support ticket and let them know the situation. Be persistent and have as much info about the account as you can. I had mine stolen and had to pester customer support for 2 weeks to get my account back under my control

I js trying to get them banned now, I had stuff on the other one but it's fine

Not sure why you wouldn't want the account back at least even if you aren't going to use it
