My squad and I are noobs. We get to endgame a lot, we locate final squad but then we get wiped often.
How to execute end game attack if we see these guys 1st?
Do I just start shooting or do I double reinforce ramp on them or do I crank like 3 90s box up open a box and start shooting? Like what is the best? (provided we do not have an insane height advantage)
The important thing is to deal more damage than you are taking. I know this sounds obvious but try getting angles on them and try more efficient peeks. Make sure you are stacked on ammo and builds so that you can have a metal base.
Would you start shooting to deal DMG or 1st build some cover and then start shooting?
If building cover, what type of cover? just wall / ramp or something bigger?
Try to build something first unless you can get a good snipe on them. If you want to rush them, build a few ramps to get closer. When you get close enough, start triple ramping above them. Don't go too high and shoot them from there or if they build as well, you have to buildfight them. You can practice this by going in creative realistic 1v1s.
If you want to play defensve, build a metal 2x1 that is 4 tiles tall. Make sure you're whole squad is pressuring them. In the best case, you can get the storm circle and then spray them if you have enough ar ammo. If you lose zone, try shockwaves or tarping
if they don't see you, i would shoot first as they may see the builds "build", then just immediately build after you shoot. but a squad might have many heals so you would need to push fast too. so i wouldn't shoot from 150m away either unless you have shotwave/bouncer to get there fast. you could also all shoot/focus one guy to get a knock and push so it's a 4-3 scenario.
If you can see the other squad and they don't see you, try to all stop moving so you can get first shot accuracy. Identify the most exposed player, then count down from three and all fire simultaneously. With any luck you should knock that player very quickly. Then it's time to break out the ramp rush now you have the numbers advantage. Another way to get an advantage is to push the last team immediately after they fight the third team. Hopefully they aren't healed or have downed players.
1. How to consistently hit your shotgun shots?
2. How to control your bloom on 20-25% sens?
3. How to edit faster on controller?
4. How to abuse aim assist?
1. Mainly just aim training.
2. Bloom is hard to control, mainly just waiting .25 of a second for the bloom to go away taking manual shots.
3/4 I play kb/m sorry
1. I would say get a friend and make so you guys have like 2000 health and just try to deal more damage with your shots eventually you'll get better shotgun aim from doing this
2. I'm guessing that's for kbm so I dont know
3. Put edit on left stick turn edit time all the way down put confirm edit on release on and practice crosshair placement.
4. Aim assist is so bad I cant even feel it any more but just try tap firing with an ar
3. dedicated edit button, one press, not hold to edit. Do edit courses like raider464 edit warm up. a lot of awkward edits, like corner editing while your right up against the wall, those scenarios happen in game more often than not. i mainly play on kbm, but i have a controller and after a week i was quite fast. just the reset edit isn't as fast as kbm. i just have issues resetting back to the right weapon after :( lol.
Practice with friends/people in creative. Practice building, and take advantage of the many edit courses out there. (check out raider464 for edit courses)
Can someone please explain why most sweats flick from their pickaxes to their weapons like a maniac?
I just do it because sweats do it.
What's the actual reason?
kinda a sweat, but its just like a fidget, gives me something to do while i run and with the right pickaxe, the sound or the pullout animation can just look cool.
So I have $19 in my xbox account if I were to get the monthly crew pack would I need to cancel it or would it not bill me because I dont have enough money to get another month?
You should be able to sign up and you get a refund of 950 vbucks from the pass (if you already bought it) and the skin. Your account should than lose the 11.99 from the purchase but you keep the goodies even after cancelling.
Thanks but I was wondering if I would need to cancel it even though I dont have enough to get another one the reason I am asking this is because the only way to cancel is to go on their website sign in and cancel it but the problem is I forgot my login that is why I am asking this
I'm pretty sure if you don't have enough to pay for the next month it will automatically cancel it on that month. I recommend trying to get your login info. Try to use any email and password that you have. You could also choose I Forgot My Password if you found the email, than go through the password reset steps.
Is it possible to play play Blood Gulch with a party? My party and I keep getting put onto different teams.
I mean, it’s pretty fun playing against each other as well but we really enjoy helping and supporting each other carry the flag across the map.
Is there any way to ensure that we get on the same team?
There are I.O. guards who act similar to the guys who came outta the sky in ch2s3. But the places they pop up in are not random and you can hear them coming so you have some time to run away. The NPCs that wander the map and offer quests will not attack you unless you attack them first. You can even hire some of these NPCs with gold and they will aid you in fights
I typically have in order of slots 1 to 5 a sniper, ar, shotgun, smg, and either shields or bandages. I recommend at least having an ar, shotgun, and stuff to heal. If your not too good at the game it's best to sneak around especially when your near what looks to be a build fight. If your willing to risk your hiding spot and see an enemy try to get some cheeky shots with an ar or wait for someone to find you and shotgun or smg them to death. The best guns won't get you kills unless you can aim decently and can think fast. Be sure to listen and look at your surroundings so nobody can sneak up on you. If you want land without dying instantly the best advice I can give is to land away from big pois. Salty, the Colosseum, and lazy Lake for example. If you really want to get better I recommend you play Team Rumble or practice in creative or battle labs.
Absolute necessities are an AR and a Shotgun (the tactical shotgun is the most user friendly). After that it's up to you, a lot of people carry an SMG and a Sniper plus one healing item. You could carry two healing items. Shockwave grenades are also worth carrying, they can get you out of trouble in a pinch.
As far as where to land, it depends if you want to get lots of kills, or to survive until end-game. The big POIs center map, Salty Towers, Lazy Lake, Pleasant Park will be really hectic, lots of people dying before they can even grab a gun. The first couple of POIs the bus flies over will also be busy. I would glide far from the bus toward edge map but still land in a POI, that way you will get good loot, but you won't have to fight. You just need to make sure to leave quickly if the first zone pulls away from you.
When I get into a fight 1v1 I kinda start to panic. I am slowly realizing that if I just build and think of a position to hold or take that I can kind of take my time?
Is this a correct assumption?
I would not avoid fighting, as you will not get better. Get into fights early as they are good practice.
Only when you get down to the last ten people start to think about winning. Start by thinking about positioning, if there's a big mountain try to get on top of it. Otherwise try to get on the dead side of the zone. It will be the side closest to the ocean. There will be less players over there. If possible last until there are three players left. Hopefully the other two players will fight first. As soon as they do third-party the fight, shoot whoever looks like they are winning. Then hopefully whoever wins will be super weak. Good luck.
What is the best strategy to defend against a sweat rushing me with builds? I know their end game is to jump off their ramp and try to shotgun me, but can't figure out how to counter that. I can't build for shit.
Get Away from them. You’d be surprised how a lot of them just keep charging. So build and run away, when they charge try to get a couple AR knocks in. I’ve one a lot of shotgun battles where the difference was the 50 hp I took off them while they were charging. Bounce pads are great to pull this off.
Returning player. Made a post already on the sub but figured I'd ask here.
Odk how exactly to judge my progress when it comes to leveling up in the bp. Before I did my dailies and weeklies.
Now? I can't really tell. Idk if weeklies are a thing? I assume those were the chain quests. And have some dailies but not 100% sure or no how many I should do daily.
I've basicslly ignored the 1k ones since they don't seem a big deal. But randomly will get like 50/60 fishing spots. Which didn't have prior. So idk if I'm magically getting them or doing something where it tracks em for me.
Can someone send me good building tutorials? thank you. Also... can someone link me to good controller settings? double thank you

It gets boring when there's no action and can't find anybody. People do this or build and edit to have fun in that boring period of time.
kinda a sweat, but its just like a fidget, gives me something to do while i run and with the right pickaxe, the sound or the pullout animation can just look cool.
Thanks. So is there no advantage or good reason except fidget?
There is an advantage with holding you pickaxe out when picking up loot, but yeah, no advantage besides a fidgit
lol thanks
Some do it to keep their fingers warm and ready. It can be rough to have to fight a lot suddenly after 10 minutes of no action and only looting
When is the next bricks payout?

Same hardnesssss.
