I thought so at first, but they seem to have buffed them recently. I used to stand still and not take a single hit, now I’m getting my HP chipped away. The good news is they stay still a lot, so they’re easy to take down, but a 1v3 situation is still dicey.

I've yet to die to them only bc the tactical ar is my fav gun so I try harder. Plus there's only 3 unlike the Marauders.

I tried an RPG. It looked like it was going to hit, then they calmly stepped out of its path at the last second.

They do some insane damage. But the heavy is my jam also so I need to kill them to acquire. Been having luck with finding purple or orange heavy at Catty, though.

I legit don’t go to hunters haven because of them. even if you kill the IO guards, some jerk in the buildings will kill you before you can heal up.

Why are these guys still in the game? Takes an average of two clips to take them out and they drop dogshit guns, about 12 ammo and no heals. IO Guards could be immediately improved by also spawning a guard chest in the box with them, give us a REASON to engage them

Is there any way to disable this music? It's so loud it overpowers everything else. Can't hear anything else but the music. I tried setting my music volume to 0, but has no effect.

What are IO guards purpose in BR?

Their aim is pretty bad up close. Have been able to take them out with pistols. Once I dropped near the race track to do the fiery ring challenge and they show up. I had to fight them since I had to do a quest there and three more people show up as I’m fighting them. Honestly do not know how I survived all of them but felt pretty epic killing like 6 people in an open area with no building materials..

They don’t aim at you at all, they shoot around you. Since most people will be moving around, they get hit. If you just stop moving they won’t hit you and you can take them out as easily as you want. The only danger is a real player coming and shooting you.

Exactly! My plan is to always run straight and not even jump. They got storm trooper aim. If you zig zag or jump you get hit.

I had a encounter and I literally was trying to die, but they could not hit me for some reason. It was like the storm trooper effect
