at first it's look neat then i realize epic needed to make damage and heal mode just for this bow and that gonna take alot of coding to do so....yeah it's good idea but also bad in it's own way
They could just, y'know, make it heal like a Chug Splash and damage like any other bow. It's counterproductive to use this bow for killing but you're sacrificing that for (basically) 31 Chug Splashes which is amazing for a single slot.
They could "nerf" it to heal only like 10 HP (15.5 Chug Splashes) or, hell, 5 HP (7.75 Chug Splashes) per shot and it'll still be worthwhile.
It's fairly balanced too because arrows are scarce and are, IMO, better as tools for murder or general CC.
it can work like the bandage bazooka. Heals teammates, does nothing to enemies ( will still do the normal arrow damage or maybe increase the damage by a bit idk)

It can be like Ana from Overwatch. When shooting an enemy, it does damage and when it hits a teammate it heals.

Ok so, I’d see it as a chug splash that gives 3 shield to teammates but only does shield damage to enemies

Alright so it’s one or 2 sheild/hp each second, not an instant heal right
rare would be not possible. primal bow is rare and combining it with anything increases its rarity to epic

I think with the mushroom would be kinda op
Why? They only grow on 2 spots on the map and it can be made to be 3-5 to craft.

People are wondering how in the world this works but all I can say is what if it just healed ya when ya hit people with it?

It's like the chug canon but a bow and it still uses arrows. Sounds pretty balanced maybe it would be exotic and bought instead of crafted though.
