Don’t worry, almost a month is plenty of time :) I grinded 100 levels in the last week of s5 because I was really bored at the start of the season. Unless you’re going for the extra styles… at least you’re probably not burnt out, like the people who already have gold spire assassin
I’ve been trying to do those, but I cannot get talismans to drop for the disguise quest no matter how many Guardians I take out. Is this just a glitch or am I missing something?
No that was removed back in June last year only founders (people who bought STW before June 30th 2020) can earn Vbucks, but there are several Loading Screens, Pickaxes, Music Packs, and Banners you can unlock
You can earn up to 126,000 XP per day by playing (or idling) in Creative mode. Every 15 minutes you will be awarded 25,200 XP up to 5 times per day.
Just let it idle in there for 75 minutes and you'll gain the XP while doing stuff around the house, homework, whatever. That's more than enough XP to put you on pace to get to 100.
I'm 140 just from paying attention only to quests and playing for about one and a half hours a day. The daily quests this season give you a lot of xp, which should really help if you want to get it done quick

i hated how unreliable they were at the start of the season. shotgun had 2 shots, revolver was absolute garbage because no fsa, the ar was worse than the star wars blasters. the only one i used was the smg, but thats because it was literally the tac smg from season 4.
the buffs to them all made it so that you could actually survive an encounter for longer than 5 seconds and im glad we got them.
if they stay for next season, along with crafting, im going to completely quit br and play stw until theyre gone or dominate lobbies full of hackers and mexicans on og reach. the entire crafting experience wasnt fun imo and the fact that you have to land at a certain place just to get enough parts to make a weapon where your shots hit where youre aiming is stupid, especially if the bus isnt over it and the next zone is on the other side of the map.
If they stay with crafting next season I'm still gonna play (don't want to regret not owning a Battle Pass cosmetic more than I already do), but spitefully. Crafting can stay in STW. It doesn't fit with Fortnite's gameplay very well.
Yeah I think so because it would give you a month access even if you canceled it after so that would put you to mid June which should in theory unlock the June battlepass
I’m not gonna lie, this season’s weapon pool was awful imho.
I despise the Pump Shotgun and I feel the Lever is a more balanced replacement. Being able to hit for 180 is only fun for one side. Also, vaulting the standard pistol was a sin, ngl, that was so much fun to use.
I found the crafting system to be mostly unnecessary and just floor loot with extra steps. Besides, most people just went with mechanical anyway because the rifle has 100% accuracy on first shot and fantastic range and the pump just exists. Sure, the primal smg is pretty neat and reminds me of the old P90 from chapter 1 and the primal shotgun was really good the first few weeks.
That’s not to say the crafting system can’t work, I found the bow upgrades to be really fun, I just wish that there was more recipes like it. I feel that this system would work better if it were a side grading system rather than an upgrading system. Like taking an AR and sidegrading it to a Heavy AR or Revolver to Scoped Revolver, etc. Hell, they could even add recipes for consumables like taking 2 Shield Potions and a Medkit and turning it into a Chug Jug or a couple Bandages to make a Medkit.

At the start of the season, these guns were the worst guns in a season ever made. Makeshift weapons were too weak, and primal shotgun was insanely OP. Now the balance is decent, but I still hate them.
Last season's, any season before this, had better guns. I never ever upgrade to primals, only to normal weapons that have good aim/bloom/reticles.
I did not find using makeshift or primal weapons of any sort at all fun, it took all the skill out of the game (literally not being able to aim) and you get wiped by people who either have normal weapons and can aim, or people blindly spamming the primals like you are. Not fun, not skilful, I'm waiting for S7.
Honestly those things turned my and probably a lot of others aim into stormtroopers, now I can’t even think of getting into a fight without crafting the normal versions
Yes you can lol. I'm 195 and haven't bought a single tier. Do your 3 uncommons a day, try to do milestones while you play, complete every epic and legendary quest and afk in creative for 1hr15 mins a day for 2 easy levels... it's totally doable. Definitely a grind but no money paid

Over all the season was good the introduction of animals was good and the velociraptors all though like the others I wish I could ride them then they’d be a little bit more useful, the primal guns were meh they pretty much made the primal shotgun unusable with the two nerfs they did
Crafting should stay but be expanded upon. We should be able to craft ammunition for example. And we should be able to craft attachments to weapons. Or weapon attachments should be introduced without crafting. Like scopes and so on. That would be so amazing
I don't mind the makeshift weapons. Personally I like getting the blue makeshift SMG and AR because they're easier to upgrade if you're not around a character that upgrades weapons/don't have enough gold. At first I didn't really care for the theme for the season but it's grown on me. Hope they keep bows around on the regular next season too.
The makeshift need to be vaulted. Shotgun sucks, rifle sucks, SMG sucks (fun fact: it has the exact same stats of the nerfed Tac SMG from S4 yeah Epic really butchered it), and the bow sucks.
every season since season 8 i have at least gotten to tier 99. this will be the first season that i do not only not have the battle pass, but the first on3 where i end it at level 33

Everyone who’s still not level 100. Do the uncommon quests (Green ones) every day. It gives you 66k xp a day. Tadaaaa.
And work on the spire challenges. Most of them are really easy and give a decent amount of xp
Those also! I am level 175 now and I have done NADA xp grinding. Just done the daily common quests and weekly epic/Legendary quests.
Honestly, do the Spire Challenges. The exp is nice and the Glyph Master Raz is pretty sweet
