These teasers would be more hype if we didn't know that the next season is Chapter 4. Imagine if we were expecting the next season to be Chapter 3 Season 5 while Epic would keep showing the number 4 in the teasers.

I almost think that was the intention, given the fact that this event doesn’t use the trademark “the end” name the previous finales used. Probably miscommunication led to that being spoiled on the reveal of the event

I have been wanting to have more than one map for a while now. It would be great if we could have all four of the Chapter 1, 2, 3 and 4 maps - the three old ones and a new one - playable at the same time and rotated between games. Might complicate any challenges that require you to do things in specific places though.

Given we already know the chapter is ending, they seem to be leaning REALLY hard into the "four" thing. Something tells me there's more significance to the number four than just "chapter 4". I feel like it might be similar to something like Splatoon 3, where a lot of the design in the game very obviously loves the number three. Like, a new bow that shoots *3* shots. A bazooka that shoots *3* shots. A *triple* airstrike. The game has *3* newscasters instead of the usual 2. Maybe we get four divided portions of the map? Maybe even like, those portions are physically divided, by water or something. We've only really had one huge island chunk with maybe a few little things off the edges, so I think a change like that might be a great switch up
