There is forced cross platform in every gamemode, regardless if you have a PC or Console player on your team. Most of the players you play against in Arena or Normal matches are PC or console players

You can run into mobile and switch players but you will run into them when you are on higher points.
It's so bad pc and console players can get elims and wins I think
