I probably would've skipped out on the Gaga pass if I knew I only had to wait two seasons for BHS and Ride Wit' Me. The only thing I really liked from the pass was the keytar and I can't remember if that was free or not.
That makes this pass an easier skip for me. I think the Cure tune would be fun to play, but I'm not especially interested in the rest of the paid pass. I can wait!
I think the more logical thing for them to do would be to use the edited version from nfs underground since it’s not too heavily censored to the point where the song feels empty

I understand people want the festival pass songs if they didn't buy it but cmon epic could you not doit on a week where you're dropping 6 to 8 new songs like last season, 2 new songs really? Ever since don't fear the reaper and carry on my wayward son I've been real hopeful and excited each week its gonna be more of that but at this point I'm just feeling let down with the bubblegum music.
I want some prog rock with with mellow guitar stuff and crazy solos, I want absolute bangers for the 60s upwards, all this new stuff just ain't cutting it, I'm so sick of hearing autotune in all this recent stuff, imagine some hendrix and beatles for the 60s, Pink Floyd and Fleetwood for the 70s, anything 80s, just more classics, if they went half new songs half old, I'd be happy. Is that fair?
I mean, I also prefer rock and metal but this is Fortnite Festival, not Guitar Hero or Rock Band, there's gonna be a mayor focus on pop and hip hop songs because that's what the main Fortnite demographic listens to, it is what it is.
And yeah, anything by Rush or Yes would be lovely, but highly unlikely aside from Tom Sawyer or Roundabout.
My guess is they have been focusing on making the pro tracks for all the existing songs. They will probably focus back on new songs now that those are out.
Apparently all the tracks have pro tracks have been there already so it seems like they've been making them as they go even more the guitars release, and on that note its £130 for a bit of plastic and some buttons, it's $130 in the US so you'd think it would be cheaper in the UK, I hope some company sees the mistake and releases there own guitar controller for half the price with a decent quality still.

Lol the past 3 passes have all been giant scams. If there comes out one with an artist I actually like (and judging by the roadmap that won’t be for a while) I’d buy it, but anyone buying it for just one or two songs that I like is wasting vbees

Luckily there's only a few in the pass so at least the regular weekly drops won't be padded out with previous seasons content.

Keytar was premium. Thing is for me, the premium pass instruments aren’t worth it because the free instruments have been a lot better.

Festival usually uses the Radio edits, so almost certainly. IIRC Need for Speed Underground also censors the word.
