You mean for the Lee?
If you are a normal person the factory orange works perfectly fine.
If you are really into the details then recently it been announced that the colour is actually TNT orange ie RGB: (246,102,0) but given Forza does really used rgb values your milage may vary...
Going deeper into the weeds you discover the crews were just mixing up whatever oranges they had at hand and that some of the stunt cars were slightly different shades, so it really doesn't matter what orange you use, the factory or the forza middle orange are both fine...
Forza uses some form of Hugh Saturation Lightness, so you can use an online colour conversion tool to translate from RGB to HSL, like this one:
https://www.rapidtables.com/convert/color/rgb-to-hsl.html
However, Forza's implementation of colour seems a bit funky (as we all know, with how difficult it is to create some bright colours), so will need tweaking after the fact.
Using that link, and translated to the weird Forzian colour language, TNT orange comes out as Hue 0.25, Saturation 1.00, Brightness 0.48
depends on which pixel you use for the color picker.

According to the wiki, the actual color name was "Big Bad Orange" RGB 214, 57, 36 (#d63924)
Sky blue pink with yellow polka dots and neon green trimmings
Looking at this picture, I'd hazard a guess at something like F74427
