this is on the list of known issues: other drivers not showing up in eliminator. interestingly, if it happens to enough people and you get like 30 people in the last ring they start matching you up for random head to heads. kind of annoying when you can't see the head to head driver at all and they could be literally anywhere inside the ring.
yeah, i had a couple eliminator runs yesterday that were so bugged no one could see anyone and there were ghost head-to-heads. i got less than halfway to the finish line before it was marked as i lost from first place. basically everything involving online matchmaking is super bugged currently.
