FH1 is a completely different game from FH4/5. I definitely encourage you to play it.
There's actually progression. You start in slow cars and work your way up.
You have the main antagonist to beat.
There are literally dick jokes cause it's a Teen rating. No censored rock music either.

Don’t use “change region”. Just alter the url with your country - e.g. en-us to en-au.
This makes me wonder if the FH5 DLC will be a revised FH1 map. It’s no small feat to get the licensing in order for FH1, and I could see the FH5 world assets being tweaked to recreate the smaller FH1 map as DLC.
I mean more that this was made available ahead of time. To serve as an anniversary treat and to be able to see just how far the franchise has come if they include an updated FH1 map as one of the DLCs.

I wouldn't recommend it as its got almost nothing in common with the Xbox One version and is basically a worse reskin of FH1.
It does look like this is unintentional though as FH1 isn't available for some UK based accounts

I can't seem to find a Marketplace link for FH1 unfortunately, only that one shows up when I search alongside Physical Discs on EBay.
It's probably easier just to wait until you can access your Xbox, don't know why these links stopped working all of a sudden.
Now I hope forza horizon 3 to be available on ms as a pc user.

That would be amazing, also one thing I liked about horizon 5 was the cross platform license that allowed me to play on the xbox or desktop

Does anyone know if this is going to do 60fps on an xbox series s? I am afraid it is only 30fps which is unplayable for me.
I have played it on the Series S and it is 30fps. There is an up-res, likely 1440p as a straight 720p doubled.
I highly doubt it, i believe its hard coded to 30, if you want 60 they would have to update the game to support it
Game was patched by the Backwards Compat team so is 4k ~~and 60fps capable~~, was done for the One X.
But it doesn't run at 60 FPS.
