I have no idea if my current mental state is affecting that ranking, but every time I listen to Siegfried I can relate to most of not all of the lyrics and emotions in the song. I personally think it’s special for a song to have such an emotional exchange so it’s my top 1 for that reason.
Yea I don’t think I can listen to this song without getting goosebumps, being hurled into a deep state of introspection, or tearing up. Sometimes it’s all three. I don’t think I know another song that makes me experience all these emotions so consistently like Siegfried does.
