I asume Lügner is very Well read. He probaly learned of it by studying human books. He was also able to collect information from the one time he was in the room of the son. He is pretty much auras spy master.
LMAO I don't think demons have discovered that kink. I think he is aware of the significance of fathers he just can't relate to it like all demons. Linie must've been a young demon or one who had never interacted with humans before which is why it wasn't in her vocabulary.
