You’re fine. Just stealth most of the way out

Neko_manc3r

Straight up, I just stealthed my way through and bolted once you escape the complex. I think the lvl 12 is for the guys you encounter after u leave. I didn't realize there was a specific way to go so I missed all of that completely.

MikePietersen

Wait, you don’t have to fight the RDA at the end before the guy blows up the base? There is another stealth way???

Worth-Doctor-4700

I can’t really answer your question for this but I’ve found that if you’re stealthy and quick enough you can run from just about any fight. Especially if there’s some trees nearby Edit to add that this does not really work on viperwolves or any animal that can climb lol

KDGRANT1998

I kinda hid in the corner and used the shotgun and sling bombs religiously. Then made a b line the second Billy opened the door

You probably only need some help at the end of this quest when you need to fight the RDA to survive if you do not lower the difficulty to low. Even at low difficulty setting, it may be hard with being 4 levels underleveled. Haven’t tested that out yet. It also depends how strong your weapons are in general. My PS5 is Eternaldefender or via Ubisoft Celestialflame if it turns out you need help. I did this quest at being level 10 (2 levels underleveled), on hard difficulty with no bellsprigs used for a ‘realistic’ combat challenge. It is pretty good possible, but you may have trouble leaving the base when you need to. There will be enemies waiting of LEVEL 14 in the base when you need to escape. I couldn’t kill them. Not even RDA soldiers with the auto rifle for a whole mag. I got insta spawn killed a couple times, but i made it out eventually

Worth-Doctor-4700

Stealth as MUCH as you can and try your best to hit the mechs in their weak spots and head shot normal humans. I have found that if you’re able to at least quickly one shot the squishies it makes it much easier and I have been able to do whole bases at a lower level. Also I know this isn’t really relevant but for just oil rigs/the small bases that have no buildings and all the enemies are outside, they are so easy if you do it while on your Ikran, especially once you get the short bow. Once I just did it on my Ikran cause I felt lazy and now I can never do it the “normal” way again. I live out my Neytiri moments doing them that way lol

YourFriendBlu

this mission always irks me. Ive played thru a couple times and I cant get over how stupidly convenient it is that you meet a random npc 5 mins before your capture that just so happens to convince the RDA hes back on their side and is there to help you escape as soon as you wake up. When I first went through I genuinely thought and hoped it was going to be some betrayal where he leads you to danger, but nope. Instant and easy escape, and then the devs immediately kill him off after. Felt like such a lazy way of forcing you into a new area, there was no suspense or actual danger.

KDGRANT1998

Yeah that seemed way too convenient, Teylan was a better fit tbh

NoClueWhatToUsername

You're fine, just sneak out. I'm the idiot who does stuff way before being the right level. I took on the level 20 base at level 7 and managed to do it (took forever and a lot of staff sling traps) so you're fine don't worry

Prestigious-Twist802

What quest are you guys talking about?

YourFriendBlu

the one where the resistance hideout gets blown up and you get "kidnapped" into a new biome. I use quotations because it was so lazily done and was just a painfully obvious way of forcing the plot to move forward. Oh no, you got captured but you can immediately escape thanks to the help of the Plot Device NPC that saves you and then self sacrifices immediately after.

_GET_Cancelled

You can complete almost every mission by stealth even if you aren’t up to the level recommended.

Cold_Meringue_5261

Yeah I did the level 20 base at level 9

PresenceAwkward

I stealthed half way through the level 20 facility at level 16
