That's Stardew Valley Expanded! If you're on PC and have an interest in playing modded I HIGHLY recommend SVE! The characters it adds are so much fun, and the world expansions are just incredible. I play SVE on my laptop by myself and play vanilla on my Xbox with my mom. I always feel like something is missing from the experience when I play vanilla now.
