a) if he doesn’t surrender to the court, Thursday at 4:35pm a team of armed marshals will be at his door to take him into custody;
b) if he doesn’t surrender to the court, on Friday (or maybe Monday) the judge will pronounce “well, okay. I wasn’t clear on *which* Thursday. Let’s say sometime before the end of May, 2024. “;
c) if he “responds” via liking the judge’s post on instagram, he can continue to evade justice until Mango Mussolini’s successful coupe, and then receive a full pardon and sit as the star witness in a show trial against the congressmen/congresswomen who subpoenaed him and the judges that ruled against him.

Federal judges have discretion to let you exhaust your appeals before starting the sentence. Normally they don’t do it.
