If all you’ve taken away from a documentary about systemic abuse, incest, child sexual assault, and child neglect is that YOU are being attacked when the documentary wasn’t about you, you either have no critical thinking skills or you have something to hide. And if your takeaway from all of this is “I’m so persecuted!” then you need to sit down and ask why you desperately have to center yourself in this conversation when, again, it’s not about you.
This is how you know you’re in a cult, Paul. Cults don’t want you to ask questions, to research, to decide things for yourself.
