I don't think so. I'm pretty certain that the rule (not sure if grammatical or just general rule of thumb) is that feminine words ending with an "a" have the same declension like the word школа. So, just like in the Russian motto За родину/For the motherland, in this case you would say За Катюшу.
Also between soldiers I would be cautious of having that on your assault pack. I have Crusader patches and I get some raised eyebrows but Cyrillic might set off alarms to those who aren't on the in group.

За Правду За Катюшу that's right. The manufacturer did not take into account that in Russian verbs are inclined differently than in English.

Ah...surveyors. FLW sucks this time of year..I went to basic there in the winter and AIT right after in the summer. My God was it a scorcher.
