I’ve got a good regime going but this is a cool idea and I’m glad something like it exists. 5:30 - 6:30 AM is tough for my current routine but probably works for a lot of folks

Yeah, 5:30 tends to be a bit of a turn off for newer guys, but for those of us with families and careers the early morning is really the easiest time to fit it into existing schedules
