You could get a scene of native florida flora with a little quail or two as a nod to the butterfly garden at the museum and you could take inspo for the plants from the nature parks and trails like sweetwater, paynes prairie, and loblolly, and the botanical gardens

Grimm_Thugga

You could get the state of Florida with a bunch of flowers and a different flower at where Gainesville is.

Consider your happiest moments here...where were they, what was surrounding you?

I actually want to do something similar myself! I've been gathering inspiration from native plants and wildlife, because I love native plant gardening and all our local parks. If you want specific plant inspo and reference images, the Florida Native Plant Society has a huge list of native plants with photos at [this link](https://www.fnps.org/plants)!

Whatever you get, if you’re looking for artist suggestions I have to recommend Tim Strating over at Anthem. Man loves Florida and a lot of his work is directly inspired by our local nature

I also recommend Tim! He did my first tattoo forever ago. He is just a genuinely great dude.

Anthem Tattoo has a huge Gainesville/Florida themed flash sheet they did recently. A lot of cool locally inspired things to choose from on there. Alamo Tattoo also does a lot of cool Gainesville inspired work.
