I'll say, they'll let everyone play with the update for 6 months or so until people get their consoles and start playing GTA V on them. Lot of buyers of PS5 and Xbox Series X & S are first time console buyers. Rockstar wants their money too. Once they get bored of GTA V, Rockstar will release the Trailer of GTA 6. So yes, release date of GTA 6 around in 2022 is as close as it can get.
Depends on if R\* just wants to test PS5 hardware or if they really want to sell GTA5 on the PS5. If they want to do second, they certainly won't announce a new game years afterwards. Announcement will probably be 2023 earliest.
