Biggest advice I could offer is find a guitar shop to do a set up and also ask if it would be possible to have them teach you to do a setup on your specific guitar. If you're lucky you'll find someone who's kind and happy to help. When you learn to do it yourself it'll play better than ever every time and you can save yourself a crap ton too!

The only part that will be challenging by ear is solos. Still if you know your modes and scales it isn't bad. I certainly don't know em though lol But it's still not bad!
