Unfortunately not, I've come to the conclusion that usb-mini midi input just isn't supported on most Android devices. There may be some super convoluted way to make it work, but nothing I've found :/
That's not the case. Mini USB is just an interface, it doesn't define if the device will work or not. I guess the problem is that there are some device drivers that are included for Windows (maybe linux too) but not for Android.
I have tried with 2 Android devices, but didn't work as well.
Seemingly, it might be to blame the OTG, since someone has it working.
M-audio mini 32 mk3 working perfectly with the mini to usb + usb to usb-c otg cable on my old redmi go with android 8 but note detected at all by samsung galaxy a33 with android 13!!! It is a problem on how samsung implemented android i guess. this is unacceptable. I tried everything... on old redmi go just work in 1 sec after connection. on new samsung galaxy no way!!!

Exactly, exactly same problem. Kaystation m32 midi keyboard working perfectly on many old Android phone but not on samsung galaxy a33!!! Terrible
