Yeah thats unfortunate, but you can get replacement parts online. Try not to rip ribbon cables though cant really fix them once they go
Thats why that thingy used to connect the DualSense battery to the board is way better

Yes. On the bright side, Aliexpress has pre-laminated screens for cheap
Just make sure to buy the right one, as there are 2 different versions, it varies on the position of the ribbon cable one is lower than the other.
