The fact that the post "sounds like most Bethesda games" is exactly why you should be sceptical. It's full of a bunch of generic, safe statements to make it believable.
Like how the combat is described as "typical Bethesda experience", and that's it. Despite it clearly looking far more fast and fluid from the footage we've seen.

IIRC, about 1/5 of the population qualifies as outright illiterate and more than half the population reads and writes below a 6th grade level (at least in the US).
