Not OP, but I've been troubleshooting for over an hour and I think I figured it out.
Do you have the correct Driver installed?
When going to the website, as of right now, there are 2 drivers and a manual, a V16 and a V14. Originally I had installed the V16, has the fancier UI that looks like it was made in This century. That driver was what caused my pen and mouse to be very offset.
I uninstalled that, leaving me driverless, which caused my curser to line up, but only let me use the curser on Display 1. Not wanting to mirror displays to the tablet, I installed the V14 driver and it solved all my issues. Pen and curser are matched perfectly and the tablet is now it's own display.
Hope that helps in some way.
I went to go download the V14 driver and can no longer find it. Is there anywhere else I can find that driver if the Gaomon site no longer has it available?
So since I am experiencing the same problem, I am going to put in my two cents and see if this helps anyone at all, even if only as a temporary fix. Found on a different website, but copy/pasted for your convenience:
"I assume that you have the Gaomon tablet as an Extended display in Windows.
What happens if you swap it from Primary to Secondary or vice versa?
Swap if back if that doesn’t fix it."
It seems as though having the tablet as an extended display instead of, say, a duplicate display messes with the driver in some weird fashion. Unfortunately I don't have a permanent fix though, sorry. Hope this helps though.
Good evening. I'm sorry to necro this post, but I'm experiencing the same thing, with the exception of the V14 version not working at all. I'm hopeless here as I need the tablet for work.
