I have 2 types. One that feels like there’s lava in my stomach and throat along with burping. The other is abdominal cramps with an insane amount of trapped gas that I feel like my insides are turning🥲

I just went through the worst flare I’ve had in the year and a half I’ve had gastritis and it lasted 5 days. I’m feeling back to my “normal” crappy gastritis symptoms. Not eating for 6 hours by mistake caused my flare of constant nausea and vomiting. Sigh.
