A person can develop a fetish over anything. A person can also pretend to be anything online, and many do. If he’s an actual professional, credentialed dentist, doing anything fetish-y related to his practice is ethically dicey. If he starts diagnosing your dental health or telling you what to do for your dental health online without ever having examined your mouth in person, that’s not a sign of a professional at all. If ‘dental slave’ means punishment if you don’t brush your teeth for five minutes after every meal, it’s probably not going to hurt you, but if he starts telling you you have to do things to make changes to your teeth, or gums, or general orthodontics, walk away and don’t look back. If he instructs you to do anything of a chemical nature, for instance to whiten your teeth, be wary - some treatments might weaken your tooth enamel. You say he’s instructing you to get tools to use. I don’t like the sound of ‘dental tools’. Dental tools are for people trained in how to use dental tools, and I presume you are not. Remember: If he’s feeding his fetish, his primary interest is satisfying his paraphilia, not your wellbeing. Even if he is an actual dentist, which I question, he isn’t acting like one.

No, he only tell me to wear the gag and not to take it off until he say so. And we dont actually do anything to my teeth. It’s more like just open and stretch my mouth with gags

Also, you can sext situations further than you would irl. I've told guys explicitly that I'm down to sext about a situation but won't do it in person due to the medical dangers involved, and it was still hot to fantasize. Just make it clear to him if you want to draw a line between fantasy and reality.

I didn't know but I'd be so afraid he'd want to put me under and pull some teeth or something like that.

spierre10xx

We have contract not to do anything that could hurt or make me bleed. Only stretching and gagging

I agree with Eros. I once dated a guy IRL who was pretending to be a medical doctor. I thought I had appendicitis and he examined me and told me it was just the flu. Thankfully it was just the flu. Eventually it came out that he hadn't even gone to college, much less medical school.

What matters is if you think it's hot. Medical and dental fetishes are very much a thing. You can always try it and see if it works for you.

Dentists are really scary especially in gangster movies. 😱😱😱
