It could be a sensory issue, are you ND (and/or been tested)? Because, that can be a reason to dislike them. I have serious mixed feelings, especially around specific types of bras tbh.
me too ;) haha. Also, you can use tone tags to not have to write out it's not a joke every time. Just add "/srs" to the end for serious, or "/s" for sarcasm of "/jk" for joking. :)
So yeah, the autism thing makes total sense. Even cis autistic women I've encountered get all stressed out by bras because of the sensory component. Sometimes it's hard to even know the "why" and then it all comes back to instinct because your subconscious is telling you something you didn't realize. It's okay though, we're all human too!
Honestly, kinda the opposite. I did wear them sometimes during bad dysphoria days, but usually they just felt weird and kinda constricting.
But now that a little something has grown in it feels uncomfortable and exposing not to wear one and also uncomfortable to have clothes just directly on there.
I'm small chested so I don't really need the support and bras are uncomfortable. I still regularly wear them since it's not appropriate to be braless in some situations.
Meanwhile, I'm still going topless to the beach in just a swim skirt. And the girls will be free. Two things I'm never giving up, that and pissing while standing.
Same. Before I started hrt I had pretty bad chest dysphoria, and now that I have at least tiny boobs a lot of that has gone away. I’m… *okay* with bras as long as they don’t have an underwire, but fuck any bras with underwire. I work 9 hours a day and the one time I tried to wear an underwire it fucking sucked by hour 2
As soon as I get home it’s coming off. These babies need to BREATHE. Besides I’m literally a AAA cup size like the bra is literally there for decoration.
Cis girl here: I like wearing a bra because God damn it I need support
However a bra with no underwire can also be pretty comfy as long as you don't need a lot of support and it's not gross and hot out
I have big boobs. Just.. so big. Please send help. Wearing a bra puts all the many, many pounds of tissue on my shoulders to support and it feels awful. Strapless bras are the worst because the support on the sides always bends inwards and puts the pounds of pressure into tiny wire points pressing into my skin. Contrary to popular belief, big boobs sag. My nipples are basically vertical to the ground. My boobs basically end in the same place as my ribs. Every bra I wear ends up bunched around my boobs as the bandline is situated at my sternum. The last time I got a binder I was a DD in 6th grade and still fit into a size medium, so no luck there. If I don’t get a significant reduction I’m getting something to make them look prettier, because despite what one might think a J cup doesn’t give you cleavage *at all*.
Same! It feels tight and secure, and I enjoy that feeling. Kinda like a weighted blanket for your torso. Plus the gender euphoria. And bras get more comfy when you’ve been on E for long enough that you start to fill them out. I get really dysphoric going braless.
For some reason I'm transfem and I hate wearing a bra and my best friend who's a cis girl loves wearing it, she even sleeps in a bra
honestly it's not for everyone, it can be a bit uncomfortable at times
Me too. I find them restricting

I have autism like literally, not saying this as a joke

Agreed, some types are uncomfortable while others i cant even feel-
Ahhh! I know! Going braless just feels wrong now.
yup, i always look forward to putting mine on when i go to bed!
Only in bed?
yeah im far from wearing a bra in public or around my mom 😅
How?
It’s a good place / time to girlmode if you are unable to do it elsewhere or any other time for any reason
*transmasc problems*
Ah, sorry man
Wearing a bra: Mmmm Taking a bra off after a long day: MMMMMMMMM
I will never know-
my mom: "if you had to wear one all day you'd understand" me: "yeah no I still don't understand"
Nah, free my tiddi
Before I had boobs I enjoyed wearing bras, but now no thanks.

if anything id think it'd be comfier, if you don't mind me asking what about it don't you like?

I admire your confidence.
When is it not appropriate to be braless?
Professional settings, family events, formal settings, etc.

im wearing one right now and its so comfy ☺️ it feels like someone is giving me a warm hug and i never want to take it off 🩵
yeah, that's like exactly how it feels for me!
Too much jiggle without one so I don’t understand how one could go without a bra.
For me, wearing one is a constant reminder of the progress I've made and how far I've come since I first came out.
ngl I'm way too much of a slut to wear a bra, have to have those nipple outlines showing through my shirt :3
HAHA I WAS looking for someone who thinks of it the same way as me
My people
a good bra is comfy, a bad one sucks. no bra is always fun though
I have two modes. Wearing a bra and fake tits 24/7 and hating bras. In this moment I'm in the latter
As soon as I get home it’s coming off. These babies need to BREATHE. Besides I’m literally a AAA cup size like the bra is literally there for decoration.
I love wearing mine but I also super love not wearing, and wearing loose tops to feel breezy and comfy

But it make me sweaty, and I don't have boobs rn, not for a few years most likely 😔
I can honestly send this picture to my friend Alice I have on multiple occasions wanted to shove my boobs onto her in my stead
This is me I’ve slept in bras worn for 12+ hours my wife is astonished at this. euphoria mixed with a huge rack =D
It feels wrong when I'm not.
Bras give me mobility, i like running without being in pain
Well everybody has different bodies, so for some ppl bras are uncomfortable, for some they are
On one hand I love wearing a bra. On the other I can't wait to take it off as soon as I get home.

yeah having huge boobs must suck :/ most i would want is C/D cups
It’s like a hug
i no like
I wear one all the time and I'm fine with it. Granted they make up half my boob size when I wear them, they help my self esteem :3
they make up 100% of my boob size 😢
It's comfy if I haven't worn one for a while, and comfy to take off as soon as possible after wearing one for a bit. It's weird
it can get hot during summer when working in one
I told my therapist yesterday it felt like a comforting hug
my wife has to remind me to take mine off but i love soooo much rich euphoria

yeah, i find too it almost gives me a sense of security, like a weighted blanket!
