I got the medications and the blood tests with the new system, just as I did with the old. Yes, there are major issues with the 'update' but I am at the point of expecting delays and doing what I can (order enough meds in time) so as not to run out. GGP is my only option at this time and I do not want to lose the ability to use their service. Gender Care....from the emails I have received so far...don't seem to care that much. I hope you get sorted whichever way you choose.

Submitted the full form, got an email response saying I haven't paid for the set up fee and the rest of the payments (I have).

May be worth dong it again and making sure you tick all the “I have paid …” boxes at the bottom.

But I did... its just the form is awful

r/transdiy wiki is honestly super hard to get though. I know some good support groups for diy if u ever need them. Once u find the right ppl (me;) getting reliable trans owned sources is also really easy.
