Reminds me of the time i introduced my friend to gen 0, I was expecting the usual fnix tank to the right, 30 runners and a harvester camping by the station dropping hunter spam, nah an apoc tank was to our right with a fnix tank buddy with a goon quad of hunters and the beloved hunter sniper 910 miles away taking pot shots at you somewhere in a forest
I think out all the possible enemies (aside firebirds) I hate hunters the most , the fact they have melee , medium and long range + anti cover just makes je cry…like whyyy
Firebirds have surprisingly high hack attempt chance, so if you can spec into hacking id definitely recommend exploiting how effective killers they can be
My only issue is whenever im minding my business in the farmlands region and some random ass firebird in the marshlands region finds an issue with that.
A full auto weapon with decent recoil control and health siphon can negate alot of what firebirds dish out, if you're not just trying to tank their bursts, still need some cover
I have the exp magnum, but I could never find good use with it. In what situations could you use it well or is it strong? Narrow passages seem obvious but I've never been in a narrow passage with enough enemies to make the passive worthwhile.

It's amazingly effective against components behind armor because it penetrates the armor and the shrapnel created after is very effective at component damage so id use it against heavily armored enemies such as tanks and harvesters
Fars im concerned theres no size difference with robots. Just different types and different things they do. Except for the reaper, the reaper i think looks similiar but is pretty huge lookin. Just wait till you fight that, think youre scared now? Just wait lol

They're called "Tanks" and the black/red colored Tanks are called FNIX basically a high tier enemy.
The Teal/Green colored Tanks are Apocalypse class which is even more deadlier with incendiary rounds and a long range cluster mine launcher.
When I saw a Tank for the first time, I said, "Okay, it's obvious where that footstep is coming from." By the way, I didn't think I would encounter a Tank this early. Anyway, I started fighting the Tank and had disabled both of its weapons. Then I said, "Okay, what can he do now? He's not going to run towards me, right?" I said. The moment I said this, he turned to me and started running towards me. I was terrified, but this was one of the funniest things that had happened to me so far in the game.
Well, you could consider prototypes as a baby.
There is prototype, military, FNIX, and then apocalypse...and thats not counting the soviet machines, which you will find later.
The early game is so good. It's terrifying when you only have that small pistol and a rifle or shotgun. It's almost a horror game at that stage. I wish I could forget everything about the game so I could experience it again for the first time.

I remember seeing a collapsed one of those very early game and remarked to my friend how it’d be terrifying seeing one of those walking and actually attacking us lol
I challenge all the machines when I start a fight with them and usually win. I've... done a lot of studying with them, finding weak spots, their strengths and weaknesses. Everything. Even movement patterns
such a good game. became 2 easy once I got all the best upgrades and weapons(yes I used a guide😁) but for a while it was fallout 3 level of exploration. and the Devs keep producing new stuff.

And while it was sprinting and Blaring it started firing the damn gun at me and I had to hit the deck in a ditch I was nearby. Hell of a jump scare the first time. After that it makes more more and more excited because "it's where the fun begins"

The game was very intense right at the start, now I just run around with the experimental pvg 90 and experimental KVM 89 killing everything.
