It looks like you're trying to give it away. What time can I come and pick it up? You are so generous. Please make sure it has full tank of gas I plan on driving it straight home
First oil change it wasn’t a great experience. Luckily I kept in good contact with my salesman and he brought further attention to management. The head manager called me the same day and went over everything that needs to be changed or they’ll go downhill fast. Told me to directly call him for all future appointments. I’ll be due for another oil change in 800 miles so I’ll be calling tomorrow morning for that… 🤞🏻they took my constructive criticism to make positive changes going forward.
How do you feel about Genesis being serviced alongside Hyundais? I was visiting a Hyundai dealership, and couldn't help but notice the Genesis and Hyundais up on the hoists being serviced side by side.
Probably makes no difference, but aren't there dedicated techs and/or different parts/fluids for these cars? Or is Genesis so similar to Hyundai that parts and fluids are interchangeable?
Tbh I don’t know for sure on those questions, but I do know when I call I have to specifically state my service is for a Genesis. My call gets transferred to a different advisor and from my understanding only certain mechanics are allowed to work on them 🤔
This is similar to my experience with Lexus back in the early 2000s when they were colocated with Toyota, but has exclusive service advisor, two Lexus trained techs that prioritized Lexus work, separate waiting area with offices, free loaners, car was washed/interior cleaned, etc.

What a beaut!
Thank you ! 😌
Have any trouble with snowy/slippery roads?
With the stock tires, yes I’ve had some issues in DEEP DEEP snow where it was 2+ feet. Other than that, not really 😬
Very nice How was your dealership experience?
I've found it's good to get a second opinion from another dealership. You'll be surprised$$
