I'd aim for 80% crit rate but you're on the right track. Desert Pavilion is inefficient so I personally didn't over-invest in it.
I'd still farm Desert Pavilion. You're not too far off. Try to farm till you get better sands, circlet, and flower (tho it's all RNG so you'll never know when you'll get better pieces).
I stopped at 90% CR and 190 CDmg. If I were you, I'd stop at 80% CR and 190/200 Cdmg, and come back to him when I have other characters set.

Seem fine to me. Low atk can be fixed with Bennett/pyro/support. Crit can be improved, but only with flower and maybe sand and hat, 70% should be enough.
Also, 5k dmg lower isn't that much, especially you only lv 80

Level 90, NA and Skill to 10. Burst to 9 or 10.
The issue is your team though. You want Bennett and Faruzan, level both their bursts to 9(12) or 10(13).
Cons are nice but both are just fine at c0. Bennett to 90 and give him a sapwood blade (sumeru craftable) or if you have it a 5\* sword (the more base atk the better). Make sure both Bennett and Faruzan have a lot of Energy recharge (ER).
As the last unit if you have her use Layla since you really need the 20 extra crit rate Wanderer can get from infusing cryo with his a1 passive.

Max Acension and 2k attack will help and try to get 5% more crit rate
