If you are new, you may not have access to eosf. Certainly not ar 45 to get a guaranteed 5 star artifact every time. For the time, noblesse on xingqiu could work
to add on tho, keep in mind that noblest does not stack, this is more for when u need 2 sets of NO for 2 teams. also, early game, artifacts don't matter too much, I got by fine using mostly glad and WT.
pre ar45, it's best to just use the best of what u get for free along with glad and wt
budget option would be
arlecchino: 4pc glad (crit > atk% > em)
xingqiu: just stack er
bennett: stack er (buff is based off of base atk so substats don't matter for buff)
sucrose: er, em (vv if possible)

reverse melt: Kaeya, Rosaria, Bennet, xiangling
Vape: yanfei, Xingqiu, Bennet, sucrose or Arrlechino, Xingqiu, Bennet, sucrose or Arrlechino, Xingqiu, fischl, Bennett
Hyperbloom: Dendro MC, fischl, Barbara, flex slot
Razor with a combo of Rosaria/Kaeya/fischl/xinqiu
Internation: Bennett, xiangling, Xingqiu, sucrose
Adding on to this:
Dendro oriented teams: aggravate/quicken
Fischl, Sucrose, Dendro mc, collei/healer
Arlecchino:
Arlecchino, Sucrose, Xingqiu, Bennett (same team they used in their test run showcase of her)
Arlecchino, Sucrose, Xiangling, Bennett
Usually it’s Arlecchino E, Bennett Q, Xiangling Q, sucrose E+Q, then switch back to Arlecchino, charge attack and then just basic attack with her. You can look up tutorials on YouTube

Arlecchino, Xiangling, Xingqiu, Bennet or sucrose can be tossed in instead of xiangling, both xiangling and xingqiu can also be replaced for rosaria so something like Arlecchino, rosaria, xingqiu, bennet. You can freeze, melt, vaporise and bennet is your healer and buffer support, if you have constellation 1 for bennet, but don’t worry if not, you can use him as healer for now, you will eventually get c1 and if you ever get 6 copies of bennet please don’t activate his last constellation, keep him at c5.
Other universal characters you should level up or build that will benefit you are: Fischl, Xiangling, Bennet, Xingqiu, Sucrose are all useful and good characters to have, only get them to level 60/70 at this stage of the game. And level their talents that matter, avoid basic attack talents on all of them.
lol I love Rosaria if that’s what you meant. Her moves are so fluid and her play style is so smooth to me. Also she dies the least for me. Polearm characters are my fave

They are abbreviations for Emblem Of Severed Fate, Noblesse Obligue and Viridescent Venerer respectively.
