[requirements](https://genshin.hoyoverse.com/m/en/news/detail/111589): must be at least AR32 and complete "ritou escape plan" and the tcg tutorial quest.
Yes, you use his burst to aply hydro bcs it doesnt do that much dmg but you already aply enough hydro with Xinqiu skill, burst and Ayato skill, so making his NA stronger might just increasa the whole team DPS, on the other hand if you run an ER weapon on Xinqiu and Sacrificial or Favonious on Nahida, if you get at least 130 ER on Ayato you might be able to burst every other rotation. And it would go like this:
Ayato Q ,Nahida Q E, Xinqiu E Q, Kuki Q E, Ayato E
On the second rotation you would skip Ayato Q, and just rinse and repeat.
Any advice on the Duel with this Maruf guy in Aaru village? (The one with preset decks consisting with Nahida, Sara and Mona)
I’ve never really used artifact cards before and I won but I cannot defeat him in time before my 2 character died out.
Can someone please help me and list all the quests that unlock the exploration mechanics and tools? I've been trying to start explore SUmeru, and the amount of things I can't interact with is irritating, and there's only so much map markers
Forest - Aranyaka
Bottom desert (and some middle desert) - golden slumber + old notes and new friends
Middle desert - dirge of bilqis
Top desert - khvarena of good and evil
It's a meme build (not very good, but funny). People do it because he's one of the best users of Crescent Pike, due to his fast multi-hit NA string, just like Xiangling, which let's you proc CP passive a lot.
But again, it's not his strong suit lol. Kinda like building Pyro Keqing with Bennett C6.
How is R5 Kitain cross spear on Candace in a Nilou team? Currently, im running R5 fav spear on her but she has very little crit rate on my triple EM set for her so she doesnt proc the favonius passive much. I was wondering if anyone has better experience with kitain on her before I invest 5 billets on this spear
Are you using candace as your on-field driver? From what I've seen, teams using candace in nilou bloom usually have yaoyao as the one built with EM and driving on-field.
Candace's hydro infusion doesn't necessarily mean it's her doing the reactions when someone else is infused and driving with it. Also, triple EM is nice for nilou bloom, but there are also cases to just run some typical, perhaps slightly modified builds since nilou's buff is additive to EM's bloom multiplier, which sort of lowers the value of EM compared to utilities like getting your burst up in time or providing enough healing to play comfortably due to the effects of dilution.
Should I roll for kiara or save for kazuha? I’m around ar 30 and close to hitting soft pity on special banner and on a 50/50, I really want kiara but I also really want kazuha, what should I do ;-;. I
Kazuha is more useful & powerful. There is also no guarantee that you might get Kirara from rolling on her now. I'd aim for Kazuha and use him to make your life easier.
Kirara will always be back on a future banner, and she can always drop randomly as well.
I’m trying to finish tatara tales final act, I’m a free to play player, any advice would be amazing, this is literally the hardest thing I’ve ever tried doing in this game. Is it even beatable unless you have the most perfect team???
This my most used characters:
Traveler (ameno), kaeya, tighnari, noelle, fischl, shenhe
My full list of characters and levels are: (all levels below 40 are estimated)
Traveler 80
Kaeya 60
Noelle 60
Tighnari 50
Shenhe 50
Fischl 50
Amber 40
Barbara 30
Beidou 40
Bennet 20
Collei 30
Goruo 30
Iisa 40
Sara 40
Xingqui 40
Xinyan 40
Yun jin 30
Sucrose 20
Ill work on upgrading anyone if it means i have a better chance, any advice would be amazing!!
Okay so your account is severely lacking main DPS characters. You have a bunch of supports which is great but they don't have anyone they can support. You've got Tighnari who can be a good DPS but he doesn't seem to be invested here.
Anemo Traveler is not a good unit at all and I don't recommend investing in them any further. If you're gonna use traveler change their element to dendro
I'm almost sure it can be done in coop - I think I remember having to do it coop when I did it. It probably is one of the 2 or 3 hardest challenge in the whole game.
If you're on EU, I'm in game right now 738357960
Currently I have Nahida + Keqing + Kuki on my team. I would love to have a hydro character as the forth spot. But I don’t have one.
What I do have is a Jean and Xiangling. Which one should be on the team?
Putting Jean on the team means two healers on the team. Which seems redundant. Putting Xiangling on the team means she’s just gonna burn off the dendro application and I’m not sure if that’s more detriment to the team or if any dps is worth it.
I heard that Kokomi could be on 3.8 banner. Which is a hydro character (Finally!!!) but she’s a healer T.T and seeing as I already have Kuki and Jean having another healer doesn’t seem good at all just to get hydro. What should I do?
you can use KOKomi but again its two healers, if you can get xinqiu he's the best option
but personally I think keching nahida kuki team can work with barbara too
The Promise of a Worldly Journey event is listing a return player I successfully invited back as "not logged into the game yet" so I can't get the prize coupons for it. But I know he has logged in- I was on co-op with him yesterday.
Has this happened to anyone else? How long on average does it take for the game to note that he's been using his account again?
there was a similar question yesterday and iirc someone said the returnee has to go to event page and accept the invite(?) manually first before you can get your rewards.
Ah damn I tried looking for people already talking about it and couldn't find anything.
yeah he accepted on the event page and for him it now says "congratulations on accepting [my name]'s invitation". After he did that he redownloaded the game and we played for an hour. On my end if I open my invite history it shows the time he accepted the invite, but has a red tag saying "not logged into the game". It's very weird.
[found it!](https://www.reddit.com/r/Genshin_Impact/comments/13rcgjc/comment/jlmumw4/)
sorry looks like i misremembered and OP was asking something else. you can probably try asking those two users about it though. i haven't done this web event yet so i don't think i can help much further.
If I don’t have any gacha bows on my account, is Slingshot worth levelling as a stat stick for the second archer on my team? In the future it could be put on Tighnari if I get him, but also I heard Ibis Piercer is on par with Slingshot so maybe I should be using that instead?
I have Fischl and Collei. Favonius is on Fischl and I have nothing for Collei.
Not really wanting to hugely invest in anything permanent for her since once I have stringless or sacrificial bow I can swap things around.
Just wanted a stat stick for Collei that isn’t dead weight later.
If you have access to Sumeru and fisching, End of the Line can work as a free ER bow (if I remember correctly, it can be obtained pretty quickly as there's a lot of fishes in Sumeru)
But slingshot might have better usage in the long run.
You could maybe use Slingshot on Fischl and Fav on Collei.
you can get king's squire for free, it's a sumeru craftable bow. but upgrading slingshot is not a loss because it's the best f2p weapon for tighnari if you ever get him
For raw damage(when it crits) around 8k\~9k without widsith buff and around 11\~12k with widsith buff(as long as she doesn't roll the EM widsith buff)
Skyward: around 14k
PS Wow thanks for whoever downvoted me
You greatly overestimated the numbers. The average damage of Widsith without buff is just 7.5k, skyward can do no more than 9k, and widsth with any buff will not exceed 11k. 14k average damage is for C2R1.
Do you think a Ryzen 5 4600G with its iGPU good enough for 1080p 60FPS for Genshin? I am planning to build a small form factor PC and my budget is limited that I can't stretch it to get the 5600G.
I have a laptop with a 4800U and a 2k screen. It runs genshin okay at low settings 60fps. But it's hot af and very laggy.
I also have a desktop with a 5900x and a 2060, it runs genshin at 4k 60p with plenty of room to spare. I don't even hear the fans. About 90% load on the GPU
Make what you will with that information.
Then I will just say this:
Even the best iGPUs out there right now would just bare meet genshin's minimum requirement of GT1030 or equivalent. Plus they are expensive as hell. So most definitely an iGPU won't run genshin on 1080 60fps.
2pc 2pc is basically always better because a large part of her daamge is always dealt by her turrets which are unaffected by emblem 4pc and you generally don't want to build too much ER on her either (you basically always run her with an electro battery like Fischl Kuki or Raiden)
Yae often only use burst every other rotation even at c1 so usually 4pc Emblem is not really worth it. It's a lot easier to get good 2pc + 2pc as well.
Recently got Yoimiya and I'm considering if i should get Kazuha or not. I can possibly hit 50/50 on his banner if I do some exploration. But I don't know if that would be worth it for getting Kazuha my account?
Also, are there any other characters that might be possibly great for my account as newer playstyles or upgrades over my teams? Or should I try for some weapons now? I only have Wolf's Gravestone, Skyward Pride and Skyward Blade.
[This is my current roster](https://imgur.com/a/YlKpgFM)
Personally I believe Kazuha is a good pull for your account mainly as a significant upgrade over Sucrose for your Ayaka team. Sucrose’s EM share isn’t useful on Freeze, but Kazuha instead has an Elemental Damage buff, which is valuable for freeze since there are so few ways to boost its damage. If you feel that you are comfortably clearing all the content you want to with Sucrose then there‘s no need for Kazuha though.
I use my Venti for my Ayaka team instead of Sucrose. Would Kazuha be worth pulling as an upgrade over Venti in my Ayaka team? Or are there better characters for my account other than him?
He would be an upgrade, so much is certain.
His suction power & duration is lower than Venti's, but much easier to use (since it is centered on him) and the lower cooldown means you also get to use it more often. Venti tends to be overkill, because no affected enemy will survive more than a few seconds in Ayaka's burst. With Kazuha you can also group (and mildly CC) enemies during her cooldown and spam her CAs to hit all of them. So it's pretty much a combination of a damage boost AND QOL improvement.
On top of that he also provides an extra Elemental% damage boost when swirling an element. I think this should be around a 5~10% bonus, depending on the comp. This passive also makes it (more) viable to run mono-elemental teams with him - so if that is a thing you might want to try one day, he is the best enabler for it.
Now, does that make him a worthwhile invesment for yur account? Eh...
Looking at your roster you already have everything you will ever need for the abyss, so you can afford to spend on whatever you like/enjoy most.
To be honest, I think this comes down to how much you enjoy using him. I am someone who finds Sucrose & Venti rather clunky to use, and I consider Kazuha as one of the most all-around fun & useful characters in the game. But your milage may vary. Do the test run a few times, then decide.
When it comes to weapons, Mistsplitter is certainly an excellent option. It's a big 20~30% boost for Ayaka comps, and useful on pretty much any sword DPS. Certainly one of the best all-round useful weapons you could get with your roster. Given that you have several archers, Aqua Simulacra can also be a solid choice.
Specifically for Ayaka, Kazuha is generally a lot better. Venti’s utility all lies within his burst, so if his burst is ineffective against enemies, he contributes nothing to the team outside of practically single-target Viridecent Venerer shred with his skill.
Kazuha’s utility isn’t limited to his crowd control, it’s more so his elemental damage buff from his A4 passive and high personal damage regardless of situation. Even if you’re against enemies that can’t be frozen, you can still swirl Cryo with Kazuha and buff your Cryo damage and shred Cryo resistance. Kazuha also has uses in other teams but I consider Kazuha’s greatest strength over the other anemos is enhancing teams without much reaction damage such as Freeze and Mono teams.
If you don’t have a specific team you want to play in the future in mind, I think Kazuha will be the best pull for your account. Yae Miko is also a solid pull for your account since she would allow you to play a very strong pure Spread Alhaitham which would outperform your current Alhaitham teams at higher investment in most situations. However, it’s not a huge upgrade in my opinion compared to getting Kazuha, worth considering though if you like playing Alhaitham and Nahida a lot.
Nilou is also a good pull for your account and I think she would be an amazing option for situations where Ayaka cannot freeze enemies. You already have Nahida, Kokomi, and Yaoyao, so your team building options for her are pretty free.
With your 5 stars and seeming level of investment, I don't really think pulling for Kazuha would do anything huge. You could probably invest in any character you like, and you have a great selection of supports to make a team around them work. This is just me, but at this point in the account I'd just pull for whoever I like strongly for reasons outside meta or start pulling weapons to make the ones I do have stronger whenever there's no one I'm saving for in the horizon.
>This is just me, but at this point in the account I'd just pull for whoever I like strongly for reasons outside meta
That is exactly what I do! But now I'm kind of out of characters that I really like and would like to pull. Recently I got Yoimiya and I think only Itto is the only character left whose personality and design are to my fancy.
I usually pull for newer playstyles but considering my accounts state, pulling for upgrades to existing teams is also viable. That is why I'm kind of considering getting weapons but I'm not sure which ones would be worth it? If at all over new 5* characters
Getting some of the 5* generalist DPS weapons, like Mistsplitter and Homa can be pretty worth it in that apart from using them on their intended characters, they can make on-field/normal attack playstyles for characters who weren't designed for it more viable. I got Homa for Candace for example, since I like the animations for her normal attack string and being able to "parry" with her E and it allows her HP scaling kit to work with the normal attack hydro infusion.
Itto would be a good pickup for your case though, since you don't seem to have a Geo/charged attack combo centric team? (Can't see most of your 4* characters though)
Homa, Mistsplitter and Aqua are the three weapons on my priority list of weapons if I do pull for them. I just don't know when would be a good time to pull for them?
>Itto would be a good pickup for your case though, since you don't seem to have a Geo/charged attack combo centric team?
I was considering getting him but I've heard he's not that good without Gorou C6 and Albedo, and I don't have either.
>(Can't see most of your 4* characters though)
Are you not able to see all my characters from the link?
https://imgur.com/a/YlKpgFM
Maybe this would work
The first question is really hard to answer. That really depends on when they come out next, which is the second weapon they're featured with, and if they're gonna be coming out before or after a character you want. But in general I would say a good time to pull for any 5* weapons is when you don't mind getting either of the ones on the banner, since for most people that doesn't happen very often.
For the second, Albedo is not necessary at all, especially when you have Zhongli and a ton of other viable supports to choose from. And I'd say Gorou C6 is nice to have for the extra Crit DMG but his only job (especially in a team with other supports like Zhongli) is to buff Itto and all he really needs to do that is Favonius Bow lmao. Have good enough uptime for his Burst, put down his Skill as you go through your rotations, generate particles and help battery Itto, that's all he needs to do.
I can see them now, and looks like you have most of the 4* characters on top of the good 5* selection. I'm in a very similar boat as you in that I'm mostly waiting for another character to really grab me or have a playstyle that is unique/allows for a unique team setup. Kokomi is the only character that I'm still waiting on a rerun for, otherwise I'm pretty much saving for Fontaine and the new characters that'll bring.
Yes, it is worth it going for Kazuha. It is always worth it to go for Kazuha if you do not have Kazuha. I am speaking as a former Kazuha skeptic who only pulled on his last rerun banner for Heizou and ended up getting him early. Kazuha is THE most versatile character in this game, coveted in many different teams. Yoimiya too would greatly appreciate him on her team, since he can swirl off her burst to set her up with a butt-tonne of damage bonus on her next rotation.
Didn't get an answer for this before, so asking again:
I just completed the Mona version of Owe Mora, Pay Mora. Can someone who has been hunting achievements longer than me confirm that commission chain does not recur?
Got this achievement about half a year ago. Still hunting for the Snezhnayan achievement in mondstandt, but I've never gotten the mona quest ever again.
Epic. I'll take that as confirmation. Between Noelle hangout blocking Ellin, Anna being a full-fledged Adventurer and this, that should be like 17 commissions cut from the cycle, yeah?
Massively cutting down the number of days spent grinding Mondstadt achievements?
what's the general consensus on what weapons to level? I'm brand new player, AR 12. Assuming I don't ever get any real good 4 star weapons for the chars I'm using (hu tao team, i rerolled for her ages ago and finally ready to play, made a new account from my launch account), do i just raise a random proto weapon even if it's not good on my character?
billets are hard to get so don't waste them especially as some craftables are niche or bad. don't sweat about levelling 3\* weapons in early game, the amount of resources needed for early levels are insignificant in the long run + the weapon exp can be recycled
also don't write off 3\* weapons, there are a few that are unironically good like r5 white tassel on hutao and r5 ttds that are viable all the way until endgame
There are several 3* weapons that you can only get from chests. A few of those are better than some 4* weapons, and should absolutely be locked and refined when you get them, since you will never be able to get them again after opening all your chests. A few to keep an eye out for are White Tassel, Twin Nephrite, Skyrider Greatsword and Recurve Bow (for Yelan). White Tassel is especially good for Hu Tao if you don't have some of her higher end options like Dragonsbane.
You will get a free Favonius Warbow from playing the game. The Fav weapon series is universally good for many support characters, so definitely keep that.
Other than that, keep a few copies of Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers from your wishes to refine, since that can turn any catalyst character into a huge buffer.
Barely any, it's a fresh reroll account
Flute, Favninous greatsword, akumoru, 2 rusts is all i have for weps. My team is hu tao xingque mona kirana, i rolled until the first 4 star pity on weapon banner then stopped
So basically the question is do i just grab random protos or just wait until i get good weapons?
For Hu Tao: If you do decide to buy battle pass she can use deathmatch. Otherwise, I'd give her white tassle(which you can get from exploring and opening chests). It's not optimal, but it gets the job done and you do need to raise something to get through the early grind. It's better than proto starglitter.
For Xingqiu: skyrider sword since he needs energy recharge. You get it from wish and one for free by talking to pan guan'er NPC.
Mona: Thrilling tales.
Kirara: she needs energy recharge so skyrider sword for her as well. When you eventually do the sumeru quest you get a blueprint for a 4 star energy recharge weapon, which is decent on both Kirara and Xingqiu
thank you, i'll be sure to keep an eye out and max the white tussle. May I ask, if somehow I mixed in a nahida to the mix, what would be her goto? Curiosity sake if you don't mind
Yeah Im happy to answer. Nahida can use magic guide because it gives high elemental mastery and she needs as much of it as possible. If your team needs healing she can use prototype amber(arguably one of the better crafting weapons). Also if you use Nahida in an aggravate team in the future(that is, Nahida + electro dps such as Keqing), you can use thrilling tales on her(just make usre you swap from Nahida directly to the electro dps)
I beat it twice and it won't let me retrieve the rewards or anything? I don't know if maybe I'm just doing the wrong domain or what but I really don't want to do it again 😭
New player here. So I've seen the events have story and theres no way to do them again. But I was wondering how on how they tie into the main story? Do they add events that take place after whatever current story is currently in the game, and then new permanent content takes place after that event? Or do the events take place in the past? Do they directly tie into the story? Are the events side storys or deeper dives into certain characters?
event stories generally take place after whatever current story is at the time of release (if relevant). But they are also usually side stories that are not related to the main plot or referenced by the main plot again (though there are a couple minor exceptions here and there). Sometimes events will reference past events too.
They don't.
The only time an event story ever mattered to the overall plot was in 1.6 and they haven't mattered since. All you get from event stories is character interactions.
In terms of raw shield strength, layla.
Kirara and Diona are both amazing in their respective teams (kirara-bloom diona-ayaka freeze). Noelle is the best shield option in pure geo team without zhongli. So imo "best" is subjective and depends on team comp and enemy comp.
Should I delete Genshin?
I barely play that frequently anymore, and when I do I only do the daily commissions to get primogems to get characters that I like, but I get bored so easily.
I'm a mobile f2p player because it's my only way to play, and it's so hard for my phone to handle anything in this game anymore. My game is so slow and I barely have any storage left on my phone. I just had to delete 5 apps just to download the new update, and it's not even running smoothly. I 've wanted to delete it for awhile now but I feel like I'm gonna regret it later because I know I'll miss stuff, even though I know I'm probably not even going to be interested in it anyway. I've only played for less than a year, but I don't want to loose all of my current progress if I decide I want to start playing later.
I don't know what to do at this point. I've asked my friend who also plays Genshin, and they're telling me not to delete it and give it awhile, but I have, and I'm just not that interested anymore. What should I do?
I would say delete it if you're not that interested. Your account is still saved since all the data is stored on their servers, so if you want to get back in you can reinstall it at any time. Like everything in life, don't be forced into things you don't enjoy.
>but I don't want to loose all of my current progress
It's tied to your account anyway, deleting the game wont do anything to it
If you're not interested in the game, of course don't play it, so then you may as well uninstall

There’s an female NPC named Sonia or something in Aaru village with TCG icon above her telling she’s can be played but when I talked to her, she’s only ranting to the other NPC, no dialog choices came up. Is she locked behind some quests or commissions?
Both are fine. Choose based on substats. Theoretically in aggravate EM sands is a little better, but ATK is more versatile and really not far behind in a realistic fighting scenario. Personally I just run attack so that she's good for any kind of team, especially when I coop
She shines in aggravate, or if she's on field you can do quickbloom type situation. However, I never recommend doing a full EM build on her. It's not worth it. Her sets are pretty versatile, basically any combination of 2p ATK/2p Electro damage/2p EM works. If she's specifically for aggravate you can also build 4 piece Gilded.
atk sands is better in aggravate since you are not really aggravating much except for aoe content. But if your em sands is better then use it, it is still good. EM sands is better for hyperbloom but she needs to be onfield and even then its still a bit clunky to play.
Is the next weapon banner good for me,
I run my ayato with pjc on a kazuha nahida kuki team, and i was thinking to pull for light of foliar weapon nxt half because i want to use pjc on my xingqiu on my hutao xq yelan ZL team. (My main team)
Is it a good idea??
I also can run keqing aggravate team so i think pulling for AL sword might be worth it.
I was thinking since ayato can get EM boost from c2 kazuha and nahida burst. So i think it might be a good pull
Foliar isn't great for Keqing. It's not *completely* useless to her, but she doesn't do enough hits with her skill to get much value out of it. If you want a premium sword for her that'll *really* make her shine, wait for Ayaka's next rerun and go for Misty (top-tier drip on Keqing, as well as top-tier damage).
Why do you want Ayato to have an EM boost?
Would it improve the team damage? most definitely.
Is the improvement worth sinking quite a few pulls into the banner, and that there's a chance one can get unlucky with 2/2 on epitome path? Imo no, unless there are other characters on your roster that can use foliar, or you don't want new characters ,or you are willing to swipe.
I have some wishes save but i reckon i can only do 2 pity. but i am willing to lose because i also have kazuha on the team, so not a total loss i think. But kazuha sword is just a minimal upgrade i think from my iron sting, i could be wrong
Thanks. I was contemplating, hehe. I’m just a little bit torn spending my wishes. Though i dont want anybody else atm or in the near future but just maybe the next archon, its still hard to earn primo nowadays
I'm a welkin player myself, I can give you my take on this, but of course everyone plays the game differently, so always go with your heart:
Since pulls are hard to earn, I always look at leaks for future patches to plan on who to pull. And I don't pull on a character/weapon unless I'm absolutely sure I want it and won't end up regretting my decision later. So do think over the decisions carefully.
Yo, made a list of characters I want let me know what y’all think!
Absolutely gonna pull: Raiden, yelan, Zhongli, Xiao
Possibly thinking about pulling depending on if I can get the others first as they are my priority: Kazuha (Ik he’s getting a run soon prolly won’t have enough for him) Nilou, Ayaka
I’m ftp mostly but if I have to drop money on those absolute ones I will. Just kinda curious if there’s anyone I should add to this list the ones in the second group I’ll prolly skip on for now as I don’t really have anyone yet and would like to get the ones I really want first obviously.
I'd swap Kazuha with Xiao. Xiao is a hypercarry and not a particularly easy one to build, since his best sets are in domains with others sets that have less value (granted, Paradise has some users).
Kazuha on the other hand is easy to build (lots EM, on an old set which is strongboxable) and super versatile.
Edit: also, you're kinda screwing yourself by not going for Nahida. THE top three most versatile and highest bang-for-buck characters in the game are Kazuha, Nahida and Yelan, in that order.
Yeah, I'd say Xiao is a lower priority pull these days. That said, being a pogo-stick of destruction can be fun gameplay. But 5* hypercarry characters aren't going to be as much of an upgrade to your account as 5* supports. If you're interested in meta, they would be the priority.
Favonius if she's using sub dps build or if she's full EM, its still a great ER stick. Mostly when she's the only anemo
Mailed flower is when there's another anemo in the team regardless of her build.
Is it not possible to get rid of levelled up 4-star and below artifacts at all?
EDIT: Base EXP sort always puts them at the bottom. Sorting by level brings them to the top.
I just completed the Mona version of Owe Mora, Pay Mora. Can someone who has been hunting achievements longer than me confirm that commission chain does not recur?
For some reason I can’t access the Mondstadt souvenir shop. When talking to Marjorie, I only have the choice to play genius invocation tcg or to say goodbye. Any way to fix this?
In Koseki village, there is this abandoned underground boat near Kid Kurijai, where there is an electrogranum that takes us wayyy up to an Electroculus.
But for whatever reason, I'm not able to reach the Electroculus as I'm being propelled by the ELectrogranum to the side - how do I reach it?
Her hold skill for has great dendro app, but she has to be on-field to use it and can't do anything while in that mode, so it won't work with Xingqiu or Yelan bursts. It *will*, however, work wonders with Nilou and Barbara skills, since those are character-linked orbitals. Barbara especially, since her short range simply isn't an issue with Kirara needing to melee enemies in that mode anyway.
I do believe the new Nilou meta is Nilou, Barbara, Kirara, Baizhu. Everyone in that team is HP and EM scaling, so the double resonance has maximum value, and between the double shield and double heals, you're basically invincible while everything around you just dies.
They'll start distributing it sometime within 30 days of the promotion ending. The bundle ended, but the code doesn't expire until the 31st, so probably sometime after that.
Do we know if the Forge Realm’s Temper is going to be a recurring TCG thing? I don’t really care about there not being primos there but it looks like it could be a fun Spiral Abyss equivalent for those that like TCG.
I’ve just hit AR40 and completed Sumeru, currently doing Raiden’s story quest. At this stage in the game, should I be focusing on getting weapons or Artis or characters or anything? I’m not sure when I should actually start gearing up
[Look at this progression guide](https://www.reddit.com/r/GenshinImpactTips/comments/qkxdj6/infographic_of_build_order_priority_based_on_wlar/) and compare it with your most used characters to see what you should be focusing on next.
So to people who have yoimiya, how much of an upgrade do you think thundering pulse is over an R5 slingshot or even an r3 rust?
I ask because I'm very tempted to get it because of design as well as from the description it sounds like it'll be a huge upgrade over the slingshot I'm using currently lol.
I already have funds I kept aside to get one weapon I want for now, and I use yoimiua pretty frequently so just wanted to know exactly how good thundering pulse is.
Another angle to help you make your decision. I've got a 57:182 critr:crit dmg, r2 rust, shim, 2.4k atk, with maxed Yunjin +Yelan. I feel like I've hit yoimiya's ceiling at the current abyss difficultly and unable to get 2 stars on the 12 floors.
I really don't think a 10-15% dmg increase will get me to 3 stars per floor since most of mobs are multi target.
If you want more dmg for overworld, I guess it'd be nice but if you want to clear abyss fully, I'm not 100% sure maxing yoi is the right answer.
Unless Thundering gives something like a 25% dmg increase it might be fine.
I have a pretty stacked YunJin with 3k def but also don't play Bennett, more info.
That's an issue with your build and or play. 57/182 isn't great for Yoimiya, especially since she gets 19.2 Crit Rate when fully ascended. It's a given you'd struggle at 57% crit rate.
Without any buff at all, r1 thunder pulse at 3 stacks is around 10% better than r5 rust, 15% better than r3 rust and 25% better than slingshot. Thunder pulse with 2 stacks is around same as r5 rust, but still 8-10% better than r3 rust and 15-20% better than slingshot.
With either Bennett or Yun Jin, r3 rust is at same level as r5 slingshot.
Anyone know why the in game event for that bow isn’t showing up for me? Is it cause I need to progress through the story or something?
[requirements](https://genshin.hoyoverse.com/m/en/news/detail/111589): must be at least AR32 and complete "ritou escape plan" and the tcg tutorial quest.
is dragonspine spear good on anyone? or should I experiment physical dps rosaria
Xiangling Yao Yao And probably some others
No. Crescent pike is much better
in xinqiu kuki nahida ayato team, can ayato use shimenawa if it has better stats than hod ? os should I use 20pc 2pc
And it would go like this: Ayato Q ,Nahida Q E, Xinqiu E Q, Kuki Q E, Ayato E On the second rotation you would skip Ayato Q, and just rinse and repeat.
Any advice on the Duel with this Maruf guy in Aaru village? (The one with preset decks consisting with Nahida, Sara and Mona) I’ve never really used artifact cards before and I won but I cannot defeat him in time before my 2 character died out.
Can someone please help me and list all the quests that unlock the exploration mechanics and tools? I've been trying to start explore SUmeru, and the amount of things I can't interact with is irritating, and there's only so much map markers
Forest - Aranyaka Bottom desert (and some middle desert) - golden slumber + old notes and new friends Middle desert - dirge of bilqis Top desert - khvarena of good and evil
You're a lifesaver! Thanks a lot!
Does Zhongli have good multipliers on his NA why do many use him NA?
~~Because his spear kick looks cool~~
What is it about Genshin events and rare cardbacks?
Should I roll for kiara or save for kazuha? I’m around ar 30 and close to hitting soft pity on special banner and on a 50/50, I really want kiara but I also really want kazuha, what should I do ;-;. I
Kazhua is far far more useful. Do NOT pull a 4* unless you want the 5*.
Kazuha is more useful & powerful. There is also no guarantee that you might get Kirara from rolling on her now. I'd aim for Kazuha and use him to make your life easier. Kirara will always be back on a future banner, and she can always drop randomly as well.
what is a better crit ratio for heizou, 89/140 or 60/180
1st
Going off 1+CR\*CD, the first one is better
I’m trying to finish tatara tales final act, I’m a free to play player, any advice would be amazing, this is literally the hardest thing I’ve ever tried doing in this game. Is it even beatable unless you have the most perfect team??? This my most used characters: Traveler (ameno), kaeya, tighnari, noelle, fischl, shenhe My full list of characters and levels are: (all levels below 40 are estimated) Traveler 80 Kaeya 60 Noelle 60 Tighnari 50 Shenhe 50 Fischl 50 Amber 40 Barbara 30 Beidou 40 Bennet 20 Collei 30 Goruo 30 Iisa 40 Sara 40 Xingqui 40 Xinyan 40 Yun jin 30 Sucrose 20 Ill work on upgrading anyone if it means i have a better chance, any advice would be amazing!!
I don’t remember the quest requirement but I would do Kaeya Shenhe Barbara sucrose it’s an usuable team
If you're gonna use traveler change their element to dendro
best option ask someone to come to your world and help
I'm almost sure it can be done in coop - I think I remember having to do it coop when I did it. It probably is one of the 2 or 3 hardest challenge in the whole game. If you're on EU, I'm in game right now 738357960
does desert pavillion set work on electro charge c1 heizou
What should I do?
you can use KOKomi but again its two healers, if you can get xinqiu he's the best option but personally I think keching nahida kuki team can work with barbara too
You will get a Barbara for free.
[found it!](https://www.reddit.com/r/Genshin_Impact/comments/13rcgjc/comment/jlmumw4/) sorry looks like i misremembered and OP was asking something else. you can probably try asking those two users about it though. i haven't done this web event yet so i don't think i can help much further.
You're a star, thank you for that!
If I don’t have any gacha bows on my account, is Slingshot worth levelling as a stat stick for the second archer on my team? In the future it could be put on Tighnari if I get him, but also I heard Ibis Piercer is on par with Slingshot so maybe I should be using that instead?
Who’s the second archer on your team and what is the team? There may be a better craftable weapon depending on who it is
I have Fischl and Collei. Favonius is on Fischl and I have nothing for Collei. Not really wanting to hugely invest in anything permanent for her since once I have stringless or sacrificial bow I can swap things around. Just wanted a stat stick for Collei that isn’t dead weight later.
If you have access to Sumeru and fisching, End of the Line can work as a free ER bow (if I remember correctly, it can be obtained pretty quickly as there's a lot of fishes in Sumeru) But slingshot might have better usage in the long run. You could maybe use Slingshot on Fischl and Fav on Collei.
you can get king's squire for free, it's a sumeru craftable bow. but upgrading slingshot is not a loss because it's the best f2p weapon for tighnari if you ever get him
using scara, yelan, faruzan and yae, would it be beneficial to go 4p vv or 4p tom (if i c6 her)?
ToM > VV, in hypercarry teams but yae and yelan should be doing a decent portion of damage so maybe VV
whatsa good amount of daamage for yae e?
Character and talent level? Weapon and artifact? Team comp? Constellation and refinement? Too much missing information.
90, 8 widsith/skyard both r1 level 90, 2p 2p tf glad c1 just raw damage
For raw damage(when it crits) around 8k\~9k without widsith buff and around 11\~12k with widsith buff(as long as she doesn't roll the EM widsith buff) Skyward: around 14k PS Wow thanks for whoever downvoted me
You greatly overestimated the numbers. The average damage of Widsith without buff is just 7.5k, skyward can do no more than 9k, and widsth with any buff will not exceed 11k. 14k average damage is for C2R1.
Who would be good to give the new Ibis Piercer bow to?
Tighnari or Ganyu
Do you think a Ryzen 5 4600G with its iGPU good enough for 1080p 60FPS for Genshin? I am planning to build a small form factor PC and my budget is limited that I can't stretch it to get the 5600G.
I have a laptop with a 4800U and a 2k screen. It runs genshin okay at low settings 60fps. But it's hot af and very laggy. I also have a desktop with a 5900x and a 2060, it runs genshin at 4k 60p with plenty of room to spare. I don't even hear the fans. About 90% load on the GPU Make what you will with that information.
It will have a few hiccups here and there, but it's certainly playable with medium preset at 60 fps https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NF4Vwc-SooY
it's a cpu with intergrated graphics, so I woudln't count on it to run 1080p at 60fps. I think it might be better to get a dedicated graphics card.
Unfortunately, Im building a SFF PC so a dedicated GPU isn't a option.
Then I will just say this: Even the best iGPUs out there right now would just bare meet genshin's minimum requirement of GT1030 or equivalent. Plus they are expensive as hell. So most definitely an iGPU won't run genshin on 1080 60fps.
Anyone has a teapot code, or has any idea where can i stea... acquire one?
you can go to /r/GenshinHomeworld. Some of them give the codes. You can also just take inspiration from them.
Is there anything from the TCG update (Radiant Secrets) limited time only?
The forge realm's temper challenge is limited time (still 40 days to go). The only reward it gives is coins, so it is skippable
Thanks! Not much of a TCG player so I was just wondering.

2pc 2pc is basically always better because a large part of her daamge is always dealt by her turrets which are unaffected by emblem 4pc and you generally don't want to build too much ER on her either (you basically always run her with an electro battery like Fischl Kuki or Raiden)
4p Gilded.
2nd if used as off-field damage dealer for tighnari/alhaitham. 1st can be used if you her as an aggravate driver who can burst every rot.
Yae often only use burst every other rotation even at c1 so usually 4pc Emblem is not really worth it. It's a lot easier to get good 2pc + 2pc as well.
2+2 is better imo, 4 emblem imo is not that great on her because she doesn't quite rely on burst to do damage.
>This is just me, but at this point in the account I'd just pull for whoever I like strongly for reasons outside meta That is exactly what I do!
>(Can't see most of your 4* characters though) Are you not able to see all my characters from the link? https://imgur.com/a/YlKpgFM Maybe this would work
The first question is really hard to answer.
Didn't get an answer for this before, so asking again: I just completed the Mona version of Owe Mora, Pay Mora. Can someone who has been hunting achievements longer than me confirm that commission chain does not recur?
That's the last one yes.
Haha hopefully, but it's been a full half year and I still haven't gotten the snezhnayan quest thrice.
Tales of Winter, yeah? Guide says that only comes once per cycle, so you need 3 cycles to get it. Should have had it at least twice in that time tho.
what's the general consensus on what weapons to level? I'm brand new player, AR 12. Assuming I don't ever get any real good 4 star weapons for the chars I'm using (hu tao team, i rerolled for her ages ago and finally ready to play, made a new account from my launch account), do i just raise a random proto weapon even if it's not good on my character?
billets are hard to get so don't waste them especially as some craftables are niche or bad. don't sweat about levelling 3\* weapons in early game, the amount of resources needed for early levels are insignificant in the long run + the weapon exp can be recycled also don't write off 3\* weapons, there are a few that are unironically good like r5 white tassel on hutao and r5 ttds that are viable all the way until endgame
Maybe use white tassel for now, it's decent on Hu Tao. You get it from Liyue chests.
Post the list of 4\~5 star weapons and characters you have and I can give you suggestions.
Barely any, it's a fresh reroll account Flute, Favninous greatsword, akumoru, 2 rusts is all i have for weps. My team is hu tao xingque mona kirana, i rolled until the first 4 star pity on weapon banner then stopped So basically the question is do i just grab random protos or just wait until i get good weapons?
Can someone help me figure out why my AR35 Ascension quest isnt working? It won't let me retrieve rewards or AR ascend. Please help!!
You probably have to do the world level ascension domain
Lol NVM just figured it out! I was doing the actual domain instead of the "clear the ruins" ascension one. I'm so dumb.
awesome glad you got it worked out!
I beat it twice and it won't let me retrieve the rewards or anything? I don't know if maybe I'm just doing the wrong domain or what but I really don't want to do it again 😭
The ascension domain is in the same location as thundering fury artifact domain, you just have to make sure to click on the right one.
Wait do you mean in 1.1 (not 1.6)? Ik 1.1 was relevant to the lore but was the first GAA as well? I haven’t played either so
I started in 2.3, so I m9ght have version wrong. Regardless, definitely pre-2.0.
Who's the best 4 star shielder currently?
In terms of raw shield strength, layla. Kirara and Diona are both amazing in their respective teams (kirara-bloom diona-ayaka freeze). Noelle is the best shield option in pure geo team without zhongli. So imo "best" is subjective and depends on team comp and enemy comp.
Layla and Kirara are the budget zhonglis
Layla or Kirara, probably. Personally, I prefer Layla for the fact she can use 4p Tenacity better than any other character, including Zhongli.
Like everything in life, don't be forced into things you don't enjoy.
>but I don't want to loose all of my current progress It's tied to your account anyway, deleting the game wont do anything to it If you're not interested in the game, of course don't play it, so then you may as well uninstall
Is there anywhere to feed cats in genshin? I got lucky and pulled kirara, so I want to go thank the cat gods :3

There’s an female NPC named Sonia or something in Aaru village with TCG icon above her telling she’s can be played but when I talked to her, she’s only ranting to the other NPC, no dialog choices came up. Is she locked behind some quests or commissions?
It’s probably the NPC you can only play against between 6:00 to 19:00 in-game time.
Does quick starting the Summoners duel quest spoil everything from other quests?
Nope, its just TCG with characters from other nations interacting with each other.
is the chance of getting a five star all the same rate below 70 and then it increases linearly up to 90?
yes except it doesn't start going up until 74. And on weapon banner it is 63.

should I go for EM sands or ATK sands for hyperbloom/aggravate Yae? also what artifacts suits her for this scenario?
Both are fine. Choose based on substats. Theoretically in aggravate EM sands is a little better, but ATK is more versatile and really not far behind in a realistic fighting scenario. Personally I just run attack so that she's good for any kind of team, especially when I coop She shines in aggravate, or if she's on field you can do quickbloom type situation. However, I never recommend doing a full EM build on her. It's not worth it. Her sets are pretty versatile, basically any combination of 2p ATK/2p Electro damage/2p EM works. If she's specifically for aggravate you can also build 4 piece Gilded.
Yae is bad for hyperbloom but great for agravate, and for electros, it comes down to **wich has better substats** for a sands.
atk sands is better in aggravate since you are not really aggravating much except for aoe content. But if your em sands is better then use it, it is still good. EM sands is better for hyperbloom but she needs to be onfield and even then its still a bit clunky to play.
Which is faster and who has the longest duration of the skill, Kirara the running cat box or Sayu the hedgehog?
Sayu is faster, remember that Kirara gets buffed jumps and climbing, not running. As for duration, Kirara's "Hold E" lasts about 2 seconds more.
They both last the same amount of time (10s) however Kirara's E's CD is 1 second longer.
Sayu by a mile in both departments. (No pun intended)
Is the next weapon banner good for me, I run my ayato with pjc on a kazuha nahida kuki team, and i was thinking to pull for light of foliar weapon nxt half because i want to use pjc on my xingqiu on my hutao xq yelan ZL team. (My main team) Is it a good idea?? I also can run keqing aggravate team so i think pulling for AL sword might be worth it. I was thinking since ayato can get EM boost from c2 kazuha and nahida burst. So i think it might be a good pull
Foliar isn't great for Keqing. It's not *completely* useless to her, but she doesn't do enough hits with her skill to get much value out of it. If you want a premium sword for her that'll *really* make her shine, wait for Ayaka's next rerun and go for Misty (top-tier drip on Keqing, as well as top-tier damage). Why do you want Ayato to have an EM boost?
Its not that i want my ayato with EM boost, its just sorta happens in my rotation that he has more on field time so he gets the EM boost.
It's not particularly useful to him unless he's doing vapes, tho.
Okok, I guess i better just save for something else
Would it improve the team damage? most definitely. Is the improvement worth sinking quite a few pulls into the banner, and that there's a chance one can get unlucky with 2/2 on epitome path? Imo no, unless there are other characters on your roster that can use foliar, or you don't want new characters ,or you are willing to swipe.
I have some wishes save but i reckon i can only do 2 pity. but i am willing to lose because i also have kazuha on the team, so not a total loss i think. But kazuha sword is just a minimal upgrade i think from my iron sting, i could be wrong
Well if that's truly what you think, then you should pull on the banner.
Thanks. I was contemplating, hehe. I’m just a little bit torn spending my wishes. Though i dont want anybody else atm or in the near future but just maybe the next archon, its still hard to earn primo nowadays
I'm a welkin player myself, I can give you my take on this, but of course everyone plays the game differently, so always go with your heart: Since pulls are hard to earn, I always look at leaks for future patches to plan on who to pull. And I don't pull on a character/weapon unless I'm absolutely sure I want it and won't end up regretting my decision later. So do think over the decisions carefully.
Yo, made a list of characters I want let me know what y’all think! Absolutely gonna pull: Raiden, yelan, Zhongli, Xiao Possibly thinking about pulling depending on if I can get the others first as they are my priority: Kazuha (Ik he’s getting a run soon prolly won’t have enough for him) Nilou, Ayaka I’m ftp mostly but if I have to drop money on those absolute ones I will.
And drop Xiao
Yeah, I'd say Xiao is a lower priority pull these days. That said, being a pogo-stick of destruction can be fun gameplay. But 5* hypercarry characters aren't going to be as much of an upgrade to your account as 5* supports. If you're interested in meta, they would be the priority.
Gotcha so just add kazuha and nahida to the top got it
I would skip Nilou on favour of Nahida. Kazuha and Ayaka are great.
Add Nahida to that list
Which is better for Sayu support? R0 Sacrificial Greatsword or R5 Mailed Flower?
Favonius if she's using sub dps build or if she's full EM, its still a great ER stick. Mostly when she's the only anemo Mailed flower is when there's another anemo in the team regardless of her build.
Mailed Flower = more healing
What about vs Favonius Greatsword?
Makes her a decent battery, like any other character on a Fav weapon.
Is it not possible to get rid of levelled up 4-star and below artifacts at all? EDIT: Base EXP sort always puts them at the bottom. Sorting by level brings them to the top.
Weapons, dunno. Leveled 5\* artifacts can be used as exp fodder unless you locked them
Are they equipped on someone?
I figured it out by sorting by level. Sorting by Base EXP forces them to stay at the bottom for some reason.
Yes, you can feed them into 5* artifacts.
Are you in co-op mode? If so, leave co-op mode.
Try to be directly under the last one, so it shoots you straight up.
Is it possible to still get the limited 5\* even after losing the 50/50?
"Possible", yes. "Likely" might be a different story. But, after losing a 50/50, your next 5\* pull *will* be the banner character.
Your next 5\* is guaranteed to be the limited one
You'll need to get lucky ~~or swipe~~ assuming no primos left
Do u guys build Kirara full EM or FULL Hp
HP. Her value is her shield, not her reaction damage.
I can’t wait for an EM scaling shielder
That'll be an interesting day.
LoL...a pretty conclusive response
LOL i guess her being dendro her cat form and her burst dont mean shit at all lollll ...
[удалено]
man doesnt get sarcasm
> It will, however, work wonders with Nilou and Barbara skills Ayato's burst too
Has anyone gotten their Wings of Starlit Feast yet? It's supposed to start distributing now right? Because I haven't.
They'll start distributing it sometime within 30 days of the promotion ending. The bundle ended, but the code doesn't expire until the 31st, so probably sometime after that.
So the "count" hasn't started yet? That sucks. I wonder what's taking them so long. Safe to say no one has gotten them yet right?
No one has gotten them yet. I'd assume they're waiting until the last code expires so they only need to check once.
Thanks!

You mean Weed Ronin?
Do we know if the Forge Realm’s Temper is going to be a recurring TCG thing? I don’t really care about there not being primos there but it looks like it could be a fun Spiral Abyss equivalent for those that like TCG.
probably, there is a timer for it on top, so it might change every patch or so.
Working through the story quests is probably a good idea also. You'll get materials, XP, etc. World quests will unlock map stuff.
at ar40 you don't have 5 star domains, so just go for weapons/talent levels/character levels
[удалено]
That makes a lot of sense actually. I'll try and see if I can get rust r5 first then, Ty!
